Shark Tank Poker through 5Dimes is by far the best option for US player right now IMO... the standard WPN of 27% rakeback and the ability for deposit/withdrawal via Bitcoin seems like a no-brainer

I'm sure any WU deposit over $300 and your fees are paid back to your acct., I know I did $300 at $8.99 and my acct. was credited w/ $308.99.

That's a western union promo code not a wpn code, they'll refund fees on $300+ deposits, but this allows you to not be charged the fee in the first place. Perhaps even tell support you paid the fee (but use the promo code with wu) and get an extra few $ on your deposit.

I woud like to share a bad experience with moneygram deposit. I decided to play the 50k tonight so i tried to deposit 450. Got the receivers name filled out form at walmart and sent. Half hour later i check history to see if transaction had processed and it said rejected. So i hit up live chat they explained when i had sent i added my middle intial on form and that i had to have moneygram remove my middle initial before they could receive the money.(DAMMIT) So i call customer service and they tell me i have to go back to walmart talk to their customer service about the error and then they would have to call moneygram to formalize the removal of my middle initial.

Moving forward i complete the next set of tasks, I then recontact black chip live chat and tell them i went through multiple steps and had my middle initial removed and money should be ready for pickup, (chat says he'll now resubmit my transaction and i should have my money in 15-20 mins.)


I wait 30 mins recheck my account balance and still its not there. So I hit up live chat again agents name is Patrick S. I retell my story and i wait 5-10 mins he comes back and tells me that the moneygram cant be picked up because the currency isnt in usd. Well i sent in usd didnt ask them to change currency. Anyway they should have told me this the first time i went back to walmart to edit my moneygram.

I was pretty pissed at this point. I call back customer service moneygram and inquire about the currency involved with in my transaction to see if i can change the currency and they say i cant change it and i need to cancel my transaction and resend. ****!

I still have patrick on live chat and tell him i called moneygram and they cant change currency issues. Patrick tells me to "hold a moment" five minutes later he exits chat with out saying anything.

What a croc of ****, I think i will just cancel my transaction all together and say screw you bcp. I hope no one else tries to deposit on this site especially with money gram. To sum up, what a horrible experience and obviously bcp doesnt give a ****, they even had the balls to just leave me hanging.

At this point, it is relevant to ask to speak to a supervisor.

Many of the "first" people you talk to are a bit incompetent. A supervisor would have been much more help IMO.

You have to send in US dollars to everywhere expect Costa Rica I think. It says you need to send in US dollars right on the deposit page. First thing it says when requesting one is to make sure its sent in US dollars.

Looks like user error all around. I would advise reading the instructions carefully and proofreading the forms when sending money to foreign countries. Alternatively for you, there are plenty of people on 2+2 who will trade funds with you via P2P if you can't manage to follow the money gram instructions properly. However, be sure to read the 1st posts in the trading threads carefully and follow those instructions too so that you can avoid being scammed or infracted by 2+2

been trying to deposit for three hours now through western union, two reps told me all information is correct, had me call western union to confirm info, everything is good....here is to talking to another rep....any problems like this from anyone else?

Update to thread. 20 days have gone by since my debit card account showed that the cashout had been reversed and credited back to my acr account. I have spoken (using the live chat feature) to a rep once a week since then for a total of 3 times. The first two times I was told that they were waiting on word from the cashout department. I called today (3rd time) and was told cashout department was investigating the situation and I would receive word from them in 48 hours via email.

I haven't deposited in a long time but when I did it was with money gram and both times it was super quick but I hear of these things happening from time to time.

i have a buddy that got a check once, received in two weeks from the bank of montreal, cleared in his bank account fine he said....he has the card now and has had no problems with that loves that. said its very quick and best thing is if he wants to use it as a debit card to buy something there is no fee.

everything went smooth after wu's end cleared up. only other issue i had was because i had to work with a rep they had to go back in after and manually do t he reload bonus. that didnt take but 5 minutes....you can't really complain with what we deal with in the states just to play
