Looking at ACR withdraw methods:

When it says...

Debit Cards
Min $100 - Max $2500
Monthly Fee $5

Does the $5 monthly fee mean that there is a $5 fee each time you withdraw? Or does it mean that there is a $5 monthly fee no matter what, even if you don't withdraw?

$5 fee is every month regardless of if you withdraw or not.

By some kind of miracle I had filled out a form for a new card on wednesday and it arrived today on friday morning.

Woulda been awesome but I'm having problems activating it again as I did for the other card before, so maybe I'll have it up and running within 4 weeks again if it's anything like last time.

Does the check come as certified mail? Do you have to be home to sign for it?

Check comes by fedex you do need to sign for it. I've left a note a few times giving them permission to leave it sometimes they do sometimes they don't

not all checks...only ones where you've payed the fee.

they send the free once-per-month checks through the regular snail-mail AFAIK.

Okay so theres no fee on a check withdrawal once per month?

I'm working towards winning the 4k I've lost on here in the past 3.5 years in the next 6 months, check is my only option with them.

When looking at my hand history in poker tracker 4 for ACR under the tournaments it does not show a $ value for any of them(i.e. buy in or winnings). Is there something I'm missing?

yes...unless things have changed very recently, you get the one free check per calendar month...which is sent through regular snail-mail.
HOWEVER, any checks where you have payed the fee will be expedited through a reputable delivery/courier company which will significantly reduce your wait time.

BTW, you can also choose to manually submit your 1st payout of the month through support and pay the same fee to have your check shipped via courier service instead of the regular mail.

Hi guys,

is there anyone from ACR support?

I just cant join their live support and no1 answer to my emails (awkward prolly lol), but srsly its just wierd...

Maybe someone of you can help me...I want to cashout to/or my bank account/Visa card directly. Is this option? I really dont want to make cashout to Skrill, cuz of currency change (they charge so high)...

So anyone knows something?

Thanks

Daniel

whats the best withdraw option for someone who is not in America? The WU fees are outrageous; skrill is not an option for me, and BTC withdraws are not available yet (True poker)

My payout options are now showing "Pay 2 Card" as an option. I have requested a withdrawal, gonna see what happens.

on the online site where I play, an option to withdraw to my credit card recently popped up and I made a request for $750 to be withdrawn. This is a prepaid debit card owned by the biggest company in the world. The transaction went through.

The debit card bank has placed a hold on my card and when I phoned to inquire, asked for me to send them receipt for the supposed purchase that led to credit. It is too late for me to cancel the transaction. Not sure what to do. If anyone can give advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Well, the withdrawal showed up as a refund to my card.

Apparently this was a mistake as the card I use is a prepaid debit. They have placed a security hold on my card and have identified this credit to my account as suspicious. Not sure what to do. If anyone has advice please let me know.

Have you asked for advice from WPN? If so, what response did you get?

I have no real expertise, but I'm pretty sure that saying "it's an online poker transaction" is not ever a good idea for US players, so don't do that. Sorry if that seems super-obvious, but it's not super-obvious to everyone.

Contact the poker site before responding again to the card company.

my best guesses, assuming you live in the US:

-saying it's poker-related will get the transaction snap-reversed at the very least
-falsifying/lying about a receipt seems tantamount to money laundering, so this could get you in an enormous amount of trouble.
-you'll have no choice but to say the credit was a mistake & simply have the transaction reversed. you won't be able to use this payout option with this bank in the future.

in any event, you should talk to WPN before doing anything, but i'd assume they will just reverse it.

I would like to preface this post by saying that having the transaction reversed would be just fine with me. What I dont want to happen is make any waves for WPn or myself or to have my money end up in limbo.

I immediately spoke with a rep right after gettign off the phone with the card company to have the transaction reversed and the rep told me they could not. Maybe that was just following protocol and didnt understand the situation.

Thx for your reply itt WPN CEO, I will pm you my account name.

Next thing Im going to do is call the card company and say this was an error and ask to have it reversed without saying much else. I will check back in to this thread afterwards.

I think that you should wait for WinningCEO to talk to you before you call the credit card company again.
