Update: Withdrawal was approved early this AM. Just awaiting WU info now which I assume comes quickly since they debited the WU fee from my account balance already.

The process has been pretty smooth and the support folks have been really helpful thus far!

Everything I've read and researched says if you are in the US and need the $ quickly this is the only option (assuming you don't have the debit card)... The fees are pretty meh but at least they process your request quickly.

Requested my card over 5 wks ago, filled out all the forms etc and finally got it today via courier. However, it tells me I have invalid info when I try to activate it and I've tried both online and over the phone...also what was troubling is the customer service option on phone line rings once then says it was disconnected so you can't even get a hold of anyone.

Anyone else had this problem activating their card once they finally got it in the mail? It's pretty suspect.

Requested check via mail 8/5/14

ACR's "Transaction History" from the "My Account" section of the program says:

"Confirmed by external system ( Free ) Cashout for $ 2500 from 08/05/14, sent via regular mail on 08/06/14."

Date of Issue on the check was 8/6/14, but it was actually postmarked 8/14/14

Received 8/18/14, deposited same day at major national bank, no issues with deposit.

Glad to receive check relatively quickly, and for no cost. My only concern is that since the "Transaction History" says "sent via regular mail on 08/06/14", I was beginning to wonder if it was lost in the mail.

does anyone know if you can use the prepaid debit like a regular debit card? i have a dentist appointment in like a week and am wondering if i can charge my dental fees to the card.

This is the 3rd day after I received my card in mail and haven't been able to activate it, support isn't really helping either what a pain in the azz...took 6 weeks to arrive in the mail ontop of this too, not gonna play until I know my card is up and running.

Anyone else had problems activating their cards initially?

This marks exactly a week since I received my debit card via courier, and STILL can't activate it after trying everyday and interacting with support and the company that issued the card support back n forth...what a pain in my azz

Yes you can. Forgot my bank issued debit card once and used it in a pinch.

I've never used my card at the dentist but here's how I would go about it if I were to try.

Step 1: I would have a backup plan in case it didn't work.
