I'm still waiting -33 days.

The 25 dollar fee was taken out of my ACR account on May 2 for the debit card that I still haven't received.

Same. April 30th for me. I finally got a worth while email back from the actual debit card processing place and they said that a new batch of cards would go out this week and "Hopefully mine is in that batch"

anyone else experience this with the debit card. when i use to cashout through debit, what arrives on the card was usually a lil less than what was requested and the difference was always refunded to my ACR account the next day. for example my last 2 cashouts was for $2500, and $2470~~ would hit my card. and i was able to see the $20~ something credited to my acr account through the financial history page. this time $2490 hit my card, and i don't see the $10 anywhere.

You should contact live chat and politely ask them what the delay is. Perhaps they need account verification documentation from you and you missed an email about it (could easily be in your spam folder).


What did live chat say when you contacted them regarding the lack of credit for that $10?

Support said they can't cash me out via WU or MG. No reasons were given. I submitted a check cash out instead. It's been two weeks, haven't heard anything yet, will update.

When first receiving a debit card, does it come via UPS or FEDEX or??? Does it need to be signed for?

I live in NY and have a Capital One checking account. I try to deposit the check and they say that because its a foreign check, they have to send it to the main office for verification or something and that I would receive the funds after 6 weeks minus any fees. That seems unusual and extreme to me. Anyone else have this issue? Is this true for all banks?

I use Capital One. My check was on hold for a few weeks, finally credited to my account then eventually bounced. The original request was in February. Still waiting on the replacement check. Good Luck.

They said 3-4 weeks, then changed it to 3-5 weeks when I emailed after 4 weeks, then it arrived a little over 5 weeks in. Better late than never.

Anyone have any suggestions as to banks? Anyone in NY have a bank where they can easily deposit WPN checks?

i've always found/heard boa to be the most cool with online poker checks. i deposit them inside at the teller. wells fargo has been okay also but not as good.

I have a little over $1k on the special ACR debit card. I see that many ATMs have a max withdrawal of $200. Can someone please recommend a particular ATM company or bank which can service these apparently large (lol) withdrawals?

what i've been doing is going into a bank and ask for a "cash advance" off the prepaid debit card. it cost me only $3 to get $2500 off the card.

I have a quick question for you guys. I recently deposited $100 to my black chip poker account via bank debit card. My bank took the $100 out of my account and was credited in my black chip account. The problem is today my bank decided to refund me the money, I guess they didn't recognize the transaction or maybe they did. Anyways my Bank refunded the money. I contacted security department on black chip, and they said I need to send $55 western union for a dispute charge fee? I was never notified by my bank about this transaction. Should I contact my bank and if so what should I tell them? I still have the funds in my poker account, and I only lost like 30 cents.. Thanks for any help!
