Hello, I have a question about the ACR room of the WPN network, I do not know where to write their support does not answer. I bet on withdrawing funds to bitcoin through their website, a day has passed, but they do not send anything, the money has left the cashier. I output it to the same address, everything was always fine, verification was completed a long time ago. The support is not responding. This has never happened before. Has anyone had the same problem?

My Coinbase deposit limits have suddenly decreased. It says my limit has been reached, and it will increase in 0 days. I have tried to contact support, but they make it very difficult to reach them. For the record, I always send to Exodus and then to the poker site. Has this happened to anyone else? Any advice would be appreciated.

I did a bitcoin withdrawal yesterday myself, after a few hours went to check it still hadn't gone though yet, looked in the history thing said it was still pending, money is out off my account so I thought maybe I had given a incomplete address or something so I thought I might cancel it and do it again to be safe, wouldn't let me cancel it so I contacted support, they said they had sent it and something about the exchange rate and to give it time, hasn't been 24 hours yet so..I'm waiting.

I will probably make my first deposit on PokerKing soon. I've read some of the recent posts ITT, and it seems that it is recommended to have an Exodus account for crypto deposits and withdrawals. Does this apply to peeps from the EU as well? Is anyone using Ledger for deposits and withdrawals, or just exchanges such as Coinbase?

Still waitin for mine, In your account and "My History" area where it shows the last 10 days under withdraw does it only show the last 4 digits of the bitcoin address you sent it to? I never noticed that before, I don't think I screwed up and had them send to some 4 digit thing I pasted the whole address I'm almost sure. I've cancelled a withdraw before when it was in "pending" mode so was a little surprised it wouldn't let me do that. Did you send your Email to that "noreply" one? I didn't I just used, support@acrpoker.eu Maybe they are having some glitch with this latest update affecting it. In the email I got back there was something about "the transaction is waiting to be mined in the mempool" idk. I'm gonna email them again here soon see what they might say again, oh well.

I also have the last 4 digits of the bitcoin address displayed, I think everything is correct there, they just hide the rest of the digits, I do not know why. I can't cancel the withdrawal either, although there is a cancel button, an error pop up when canceling the withdrawal. I sent emails to both "noreply" and support@acrpoker.eu although it was 10 hours ago, there is no answer.

Withdrawal times are still much longer than they used to be. We went from near instant to over a week in some cases.

Hope mine doesn't take a week+ the bitcoin address expires before then.

I don't know **** about cryptos but pokerking accepts skrill/neteller too.

Bitcoin withdrawal came though, 2 days or so. Just got spoiled by the fast cashouts before now I guess.

why is coinbase timingout out my transfers? not normally a problem but just tried several times to transfer to my intermediate wallet and it gets to the authentication part sets there for a second then says ive been timed out.

The only option in ewallets is skrill for me.

Since PokerKing uses ERC-20 for USDT deposits, I can send/deposit USDT from Exodus through the Polygon network, correct?

Might want to ask in one of the crypto threads just to be sure, but I am pretty sure that as long as its from usdt and to usdt it should be fine.

Usually it will tell you if you've input an address that can't accept the payment.

If the transaction fee isn't too expensive you can always do a small withdrawal first to test as well.

Is there any advantage to using a different form of crytpo than BTC when depositing?

basically the fees.
btc etc has high fees when you deposit.
other cyptos like ltc are almost 0 fees.

just wondering if the cancel withdrawal options works for some people? I just tried to cashout a small amount yesterday and after a couple hours tried to cancel but get an error. Happened like a month ago too. Not really a big deal just wondering if its on my end or if you just cant really cancel them anymore even though it gives you the option.

probably old news to most of you. BTC transfer fees have been through the roof the last few days. So i tried litecoin and the fees are much cheaper so its a much cheaper way to move money around

ACR to Coinbase is okay with litecoin? Coinbase has a warning up about only receiving from the Litecoin network.
