Does anybody know how to download the Bitpay App on to their computer? (To tedious on the phone). The link they send to download the App doesn't work. I know I had it on my computer in 2017, because I was withdrawing money from ATMs with the Bitpay card. Any help would be appreciated.

after WPN told me to play in pokerking and they accept my country in the pool , amonth passed and WPN mailed me thet my country is no longer able to play on the site and my account being closed . i told them thet i have alot of money in my account and they told me that ill send them abitcoin adress witch i did send them , the problem is that they dont send me my money ... i sent them 4 times my adress asking what is going on and they just dont answer back , its been more then aweek . i dont know what too doo , ive been very supportive of WPN and want to keep playing there on other skin but they just dont send me my money .. what should i do? is anyone from the support is in this thread?

No support ever checks here. You can hit them up on Twitter. They're actually pretty good there, give them 24 hrs.

They could move funds to another account, but they rarely ever do that. I've had it done just 2 or 3 time over 7 years for players.

Many, exodus, trust are two examples.

I use exodus heavily, have for years and no issues. I'm a passive investor in the company, for full disclosure.

I've sent this question to their support team and awaiting their answer but curious as to deposit/withdrawal via stable coins that they offer Tether/USDC. I've made numerous deposit/withdrawals using bitcoin and they've always been processed in timely manner <1 hour. I've also been actively playing on their network for years.

Questions-

1) If I'd like to make a withdrawal using them will they require me to deposit via these stablecoins first?
2) Are these withdrawals sent to the ethereum blockchain? They don't mention which blockchain in the client.
3) Are they usually processed in similar time frames? <24 hours, etc

1) I don't think so, always deposited with LTC and recently started to withdraw through USDT, once they finally clarified which network they use.

2) USDT is through ERC20, but I would e-mail them and ask the same question so you can have proof for correct chain in case anything goes wrong.

deposited 500 USD via BTC on May 1st. Funds hit account within 5 minutes. withdrew 1000 USD via BTC today, funds hit wallet within 15 minutes. Acc is fully verified, but didn't play ACR in 3 years. everything fine from my side, can recommend.

5.9k withdraw via Eth, was in my Exodus account within 30 minutes., account was verified.

This time, deposited 250 USD via BTC May 10th. Funds hit account within 5 minutes. Tried to withdraw 615 USD via BTC today, attempt got cancelled after 10 minutes without any further explanation why.

Used LTC recently to save network fees (virtually $0.00). CB > Exo > ACR in less than 30.
Request withdraw ACR > Exo > CB in less than 30.

2nd attempt, this time i tried to withdraw 600 and leave the 15.xx in the account and it got confirmed; received in couple minutes. rlly dunno why they wanted me to leave some bucks on the site, but whatever.

I am impressed... I cashed out from ACR (Exodus -> CB) and the money was in my bank account in a half hour!

On ACR I played a slot tournament and placed last to cash $100. For some reason I was dropped from the list. I took pictures and sent to support. No one will get back to me. I don't understand. Maybe I'm posting this in the wrong thread. If anyone can help please let me know. This happened 6/12 and I've sent 5 emails already.

Same issue. Did you get a resolution or response?

I put in a third request for $5000 USDT which they finally accepted. I never received an email explaining what the issue was.

I then attempted to make another withdrawal and noticed they charge 5% for every additional withdrawal during the calendar month.

Likely just gonna move action to ACR.
