Im from argentina, always used BTC.

Was using coinbase but then found out on this forum that gambling is agains the rules on coinbase

So created a personal wallet, and now trying that one..

RQ yesterday a cashout, so kinda scary waiting for it

Check with Argentinia's laws, poker/gamblingnsite to Coinbase is not good for US citizens. That is due to US banking laws, not Coinbase rules. We have this dopey UIGEA that bans banks from processing transactions to gambling/poker/betting sites.

So basically BTC was the only option proposed by ARC no other options ?

The problem with BTC is the fluctuation. I mean if you cash out 1k maybe by the time you receive the money you ll receive less than 1k. Do you know what I mean ?

Yes you must click the my account button above your balance at the deposit withdraw screen. Then my history > pending withdraw

Not sure what's going on since support won't respond. Had a check approved about a week ago for 1k only to see the funds show back up into my account after being removed and now the client gives me deposit option but no withdrawal options. I have submitted all of my credentials and am still able to play on the site. Can't figure this out.

yes but all i was asked to do was provide id and then my withdrawal said it was approved only to show back up in my account a few days later with no withdrawal options anymore. funny because i can still play and deposit but whats the point if i have no way to get funds off? clearly there isn't a problem with my account otherwise i wouldn't be allowed to play.

Conversion is done at time of payout, not time of request.

First withdrawal attempt in a long time. Instantly got an email saying cashout was approved, didn’t receive any notification when it hit my account. Took about 36 hours total.

Where do you see it’s pending or any history of it?

I did a withdrawal Sunday night and don’t have anything yet. The money is gone from my account, go to financial history and says no results found.
