Ugh. After reading your post, I logged onto my checking account, and found the pending deposit was no longer posted. On ACR the money has been returned to my account.

So much for using the check option.

Hi, you helped me set up rake back and nobody responded to my inquiry from 3 or 4 days ago, so I figured I would ask you.

I deposit $100 USD Saturday and it showed up on my CC as $136.53, then 30 minutes later deposit $200 and it shows up as $261.76, a 3% difference on exchange rates on a Saturday afternoon..

Now the transaction went away then reappeared on my CC statement Today as $140 for the first $100 USD and $268 for the second one for $200 USD. Still about a 3% difference except they both just charged me more than billed originally.

Wondering if you are able to let me know why this happens or if there is someone who I can ask who can help? Thanks

Edit:checked coinbase and actually received 12 hours ago, just didn’t get a notification like last time.

If we are trying to make a deposit using BTC, can we not just buy the BTC directly from Blockchain? Is it necessary to buy from Coinbase then send to Blockchain? I understand the logic behind withdrawing from ACR > Blockchain > Coinbase, but is that extra step of using Coinbase necessary when wanting to deposit? I ask because Coinbase is telling me it would be 7 days before I'm able to send crypto if I decide to purchase some.

can you buy bitcoin from block chain directly? I thought that was the reason it didn't work. anyway I forgot you weren't supposed to WD directly to coin base from ACR last week for $400 in bitcoin but there was no issues from coin base.

Now waiting and hoping that wasn't a phish. It seemed legit and I confirmed with support through the app.

After the check cashout failure, I had success with a bitcoin withdrawal. Set up and had verified a Gemini account, and it was under 48 hours from initiating the ACR-->Gemini withdrawal to the bitcoin being available at Gemini for conversion to USD and transfer to my bank. No complaints from me.

Hey did your check clear? I just requested 2 checks and hoping they don’t bounce. Anyone have a timeframe I should to see if they bounce? I don’t want them to bounce and send money somewhere without it being a good check.

See my above posts. Check bounced. Withdrawal money returned to my ACR account. Set up and verified a Gemini crypto account and did a bitcoin withdrawal. Completed without issue, USD in my bank in under 72 hours.

im on ACR already, and I am thinking about getting on another skin in hopes that the btc cashouts are smoother. does anyone here have any experience with any other WPN skins? preferably any of the skins that have different support than ACR. any and all advice is much appreciated, thanks

I tried to deposit an ACR check today at two different banks and neither could process the check. Both said the routing number was incorrect and neither of their systems could accept it. I've contacted ACR through their help line, but God only knows what they're going to do.
