I just made 2 deposits on ACR from Canada, my card was actually charged about 3% less than what the current exchange rate is for USD. Anyone else notice this? I guess I will just lose than extra money if I am cashing out? For example $110 usd is $145 CAD and charge was $140.

Wondering what best cash out options are for Canada if not using bitcoin as well? I guess might as well make this a good reason to get some BTC...

Any reason why I would be unable to transfer funds from sports book to poker? Site keeps freezing and this is my first time trying to take money off the sports book and back onto poker.

They have a known issue that they hope to have resolved within 24 hours. I just had same issue and talked to them on chat.

Also my poker balance just vanished (like $ in account one minute and $0 balance the next with no activity). They say this will be fixed in 20 minutes but we’ll see. So frustrating

Can anyone tell me if I can make a BTC withdrawal on ACR if I have never made a deposit on the site, or if I made a deposit, it was like 2+ years ago? Whenever I fund my poker account, I just go the P2P transfer route. I have already set up blockchain and coinbase accounts per recommendations ITT. I'm just curious if Support will give me a hard time about providing info on an initial deposit when I don't know if I ever went that route.

JMicLett I also have never made BTC deposit but once they removed Neteller as deposit/cashout option I have requested 4-5 BTC cashouts and they all came without problems. Although usually ~72 hours which seems bit slow for BTC.

Following a recent cashout request I was sent an email asking me questions like, btc address, and size and date of my last deposit. In inquiring to support over this I was told this is the new standard procedure for everyone's cashout. With these questions being asked after the fact as an added layer of security? Can anyone confirm if this is indeed a new thing?
Because support is so inconsistent you can receive 2 conflicting answers from one query to the next. I was also told that cashouts aren't processed over weekend. Which contradicts 2 previous reports I was told that they do indeed move withdraws over weekends. I can say these 2 enactments are very new as I'm never experienced them on any previous cashout. Although I've heard other ACR 2+2er's reporting this recently, am unsure of the consistency that its applied to cashout's based on that.
Can anyone confirm or deny these support claims as being actual ACR policy? Do they actually seem to be making up rules as they go along?

I opened a coin base account to try to get my money off ACR, I just reading here they cannot accept anything from ACR, what would my option be to get bitcoin? Never had any bitcoin before so all new to me?

I saved a few links of people talking about this in case I ever make any money worth cashing out lol.

Seems like Gemini and CashApp are good alternatives.

thanks, I am in Canada FWIW, but ill Check it out. I am cashing out because I dont think the games were very good. very frustrating. The players at nl 10 and 25 were a lot better than I thought, maybe bots? The only money I made was because I played 15/30 cap with holy cannuli Heads up and managed to 2.5 times my $300 stack without getting to showdown, just stealing blinds and he didn't get any good hands, then broke even at nl 10 and 15 and won a few hundred at baccarat.

WPN has been doing this for a couple years now.. I assume more frequently now that Crypto is bigger in the cashout scene. These security measures are in place to help ensure that you are the one initiating your BTC withdrawal.

I deposit bank card to coinbase, send bitcoin from coinbase to blockchain, and blockchain to ACR. Reverse for withdrawals. Blockchain as an intermediary is quick.

it has not been a problem to put bitcoin on block chain? I was told they cant accept from gambling websites but they won't really know it is coming from there the way bitcoin works?

Has anyone used Litecoin (LTC) for ACR withdrawals? LTC seems more stable than BTC.

Just did my first ever ETH withdrawal to BC. Took about 12 hours, possibly less.

I withdrew to Gemini and auto-sold ETH->USD ($11 fee), and then withdrew to my bank. It cost me about $16 all in all, including BC fees/fluctuations, for a ~$755 withdrawal. (Well, $850 really but I left $78 behind in BC to redeposit for the freebuy bonus code, and the $11 trading fee on Gemini for the sale of $773 worth of ETH was by far the bulk of the fees.) Says it will be in my bank account in 3 business days. Can any Coinbase users comment on whether or not this is better or worse or about the same as a Coinbase experience?

You should be careful withdrawing to Coinbase directly from an unregulated poker site. They'll freeze your account without warning if they pick up on it (speaking from experience). Best to withdraw to an intermediary like block chain, then to an exchange (bitrex, gemini, coinbase, etc.), then to your bank.

The fees look to be about the same (1.5%), but I don't know what the spread is. The time to bank account is a little slower, mine is usually in my bank the next day, two days max.
