Thanks for responding to my post. I tried the Walmart check cashing station and when the scanned my check it came up, TRAVELERS CHECK NOT ACCEPTED.

I opened a Wells Fargo account yesterday, the branch where I opened the account said that they would have to send the check to collections, which would cost me $75 and could take up to 45days. Which was unacceptable. Took it to another branch and used the drive up teller, she gave me the exact same response.

My plan today is go open up a Chase account.

Black Chip still has not paid me and past their own deadline for receiving my check. They are now telling me although it has been "sent". It could take 6-8 more weeks to arrive. Just a clear warning to all to NOT play on Black Chip. It is clear at this point that they do not have the money to pay their players. They are backed up clearly whether there is no money coming in. Or, the M2 promotion dried up cash. Either way I have been in contact with support for 3 weeks now and they have given no info. Rather they told me my check had arrived and when I told them no they essentially called me a liar. Just to be clear, I have no received anything. I would be very cautious about playing and dealing with large sums of money with this company. They are not transparent and have a lot to hide. ESPECIALLY when it comes to their "quickest payouts" module. I received a check from bovada and intertops in 1 weeks flat. Thats process to receiving check in hand. Black chip on the other hand looks like it will take just as long as FTP money.. Hope you collaps and implode BCP. GFY!

Why not play it safe and deposit with WU or MG then?


The evidence says otherwise. Avg check time last month was 11.5 days Average debit card payout speed was 3.3 days.

You appear to be overreacting to something that unfortunately, happens in the US market. Checks occasionally take longer than expected. Jumping directly to the conclusion that the sky is falling seems a bit rash don't you think?

I've double checked the Skrill account info and it's correct. It's the Skrill account for all my cashouts and didn't have any problems ever.

This is really starting to worry me. Is BCP also declining/delaying other big cashouts?

kahn your service and attentiveness to the us players is appreciated... I've been reading and hearing numerous cases such as mine dealing with bcp cashouts. it's not just me.. as you can see above others are dealing with similar circumstances.. now I don't thing the sky is falling nor am I trying to stir any controversy. Rather I am simply bringing light to the issue at hand. avg cashout in 11.3 days.. well sir I've been waiting 32 days....... and I was told my check would be received by X date. Now that day has come and gone and all I hear from BCP is sometimes checks can take 6-8 weeks. Not what I was told, I even had some guy call my cell from BCP support and guarantee X date and not to worry and to say all funds with BCP are safe etc. I would recommend all players on this network to search for other options/ places to play.

Does the bank draft come through FedEx or snailmail?

I was overcharged by 100 dollars on my credit card. Talking to support they said they will have accounting look at it on Monday and will "refund any excess fees". This overdrafted my account. Should I wait for them and take my chances with them refunding the fees? Or dispute the charge with my bank?

waiting 6 weeks now with no information.. no check in hand and when I contacted BCP. they told me, "how can we believe you haven't received the check? can we believe you?" my response, "You're joking right?" So here I am going on week 7 with no information and no money received from BCP. Their support is a joke. DONT PLAY HERE!

Ahh Black Chip, what a fine company you are. I'm curious if any players that withdraw using the debit card feature have any problems. Any info from debit card withdrawers would be nice since we know checks are a 'coin flip.'

Have always received my cash outs within 4 days using the debit card. I cash out monthly.

I make weekly withdrawals via debit card with no issues.

Has anyone had issues cashing out their checks? My bank told me it needed to be switch from Canadian to USD$, Im thinking about just cashing it at Wal-Mart and depositing the money so my bank doesnt have to do all that mess.

U sure the check is written out in Canadian dollars? It is usually a Canadian check written out in USD. Since Canadian checks have different bank routing numbers, the bank has to due a little more due diligence, or so I have heard...just sayin

Doubt your check is in canadian$, check it again, read through this thread, some posters put up some good ways to get your check cashed. I had quite a bit of trouble getting my check cashed as well, but the money just cleared my new bank account today

Still have not received my check.. 39 days and counting.. again worst site to play on.. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID... also support has been harassing me by not only calling but also multiple emails claiming my payment was sent 3 weeks ago dot dot dot.. Disputing would be a bad idea. You will be kicked off the site. You may end up in an industry "deadbeat" database and unable to play at other sites. Let them sort it out, they will.

In the US market, given how check processing works, the client has to provide proof of bounced/rejected checks. The sites (Merge, WPN, Revo, Bovada) do NOT have the information on where your check is or whether it bounced. They do NOT do the processing.

You should endeavor to provide them with whatever information they seek so that they can more expeditiously fix your problem.

Taking foreign checks to Walmart or Check Cashing spots is not recommended. Put them in a bank account. Preferably one at a very large multinational banking institution that does business in Canada.

Almost all checks are in USD. It' is extremely rare that a check goes out in CAD to a US citizen. And yes, you are correct, Canadian banks use 8 digit routing numbers instead of 9 like US banks.

This is just false. Everyone at WPN appears to be getting paid except you. The problem is limited to you. WPN nor BCP are scams.

FYI, snail mail from Canada most certainly can take 3+ weeks to arrive. I have quite a bit of personal experience in this regard. It has also been documented in WPN payout threads.

When the email says that withdrawal has been "processed", does that mean the check was mailed? Or is there another step that must be done?

It just means approved. For debit cards, prob 2-3 business days after processed. For checks, 15 business days. Though if you pay the $65 fee, I have gotten it within 2-3 business days.

Management called me and assured my check was sent. Still have NOT received anything. I received checks from bovada, PH, and intertops (brag jaja) that I cashed out last week. It took 5 business days from all three of these sites.. Although BCP I have not received any information pertaining my cashout on Sept. 8. and we are going into week 6. Again I advise NOT playing on this site. Wonder if I'll even get paid.. Are BCP and LOCK one in the same these days? dot dot dot sigh.

I'm a little annoyed at all the fees on the card, even putting money on it costs $2 but still, given the limited options, ACR does a pretty good job.

So the max withdrawal at ATM for me at Bank of America is $800, and each withdrawal is $3. Is this $9 the only fee if I want to withdraw $2400 or is there some fee Bank of America charges for a non-Bank of America debit card using their ATM?

Will probably use post office if that's the case since it's $1.60 for $1000 money order plus $1 for POS transaction fee debit card charges.

For anyone using the debit card, it seems like it's $2.60 fee per $1000 money order vs $3 ATM withdrawal fee per $800 (plus possible more fees from BOA for using non BOA card). Hope someone can tell me what, if any, more fees there are. Thanks!

I've been regularly depositing and withdrawing through Skrill. Recently they made it so I can't deposit through Skrill anymore. When I asked support through an email, they restricted the rest of my cashier and I now have no Withdrawal options. Any info would be appreciated.

Also, the Deposit options are still there. This is worrying because I am able to buy a bad car with the money on there.

I had $185 or so in bonus on black chip that has disappeared, I've spoken to 3 different customer support people that have given me 3 different answers. Not too happy about it.
