I know you've got to do account verification (DL or ID copy etc) before withdrawal, but, having to provide a copy of a credit card for a Bitcoin withdrawal? Yeah, sounds like some BS.

Not exactly WTD's arena, but, you might want to try shooting him a PM... He seems to be able to get things resolved when there needs to be back channel comms with the bent chit-cans behind the scenes... I'm sure once this is escalated, it'll be straightened out.

Does anyone know how long a check is supposed to take? I cashed out 17 days ago and haven't received anything or heard anything except that it says success in my transactions.

Did you deposit by bitcoin or credit card?

What is the normal turnaround time for a CC/Debit verification?

I shipped the 50K last night (woohoo!) and I've never W/D from ACR before. Got an email about verifying my deposit cards. Filled out the forms and sent copies of front/back cards.

Will I get an email confirming they have been verified, or just have to try a w/d and hope they don't cancel?

REQ BTC cashout 12-19 in bank account 12-21, possibly could have been sooner if using block chain, not sure yet.

I played at WPN for the first time last sunday, i deposit 2k and in the middle of the day i tryied to cashout 1k with some ITM i was doing to see if i could withdraw b4 i actually bust the tournament (stupid decision). After that i ended up winning 11k and now i have a situation

After 4 days my 1k cashout was processed, and now i can see that they only allow me to withdraw 5k (why is that?) And looks like i have to wait 1week b4 asking for another withdraw. Thats how it works? I can understand that i can only withdraw once a week (not rly but ok) but 5k limit seens absurd

FWIW i sent the docs to support already

Is the bitcoin price locked in at the time of the cash out?

Did a cash out on 12\21 for $200? I did not pay attention or remembering see a rate when I cashed out but I was seeing the market price on other places about $790.

On 12/23 I received .2169 BTC. The price had went up to a little over $900at this point Not sure of exact value at this point.

Now blockchain is showing value as $192.

The BTC value has went up over $100 since cash out so I should have more now then the cash out

What am I missing?

You prolly received after the price increase so either way you only got the usd amount after fees you were supposed to get.

If only deposited ever using bitcoin, do they require verification, and if so, what, so I can get that sent in. Thanks

Correct. You can NOT see mucked cards on any Winning Poker Network skin. This is how the software is designed.

You should NEVER withdraw from an online gambling site directly to Coinbase. Coinbase does NOT accept gambling transactions and your account will be shut down when they find out you are doing so. It is highly recommended that you use an intermediary wallet between gambling sites and Coinbase. Many people use a wallet that they control themselves, or something like Blockchain.info

Yes, they will very likely require verification. Regardless of your method of deposit and withdrawal, there are KYC and AML laws that sites must comply with in order to satisfy their banking partners, regulators, local governments, etc.

You will need to send in a photo ID pic/scan to prove who you are and some sort of official document that was physically mailed to your address to prove where you live (utility bill, bank statement, etc).

It is not uncommon for new accounts to have some sort of restriction placed on them. Your funding method will play heavily into this as well, specially if you deposited with a reversible method such as credit card for example.

Turnaround time has typically been 1-3 business days over the last few years with regard to verification. You very likely will NOT be notified of its completion. You can always contact live chat and ask them if your account is verified before risking a cancelled withdrawal attempt.

Also, congrats on the score!

Going on a month since I cashed out and still nothing. Tried calling and can't get a real person on the phone, just a message. Says success in my transactions, not pending or cancelled. Is it normal for a check to take this long?

How long does it take to transfer funds P2P? And, specifically to a player with a brand new account? Any Ideas?

Thanks In Advance.

My goal is to withdraw and get USD in my bank account as quickly and securely as possible. I was going to withdraw bitcoin into a Gemini exchange account and then convert it to USD. Is this a good plan? Totally new to bitcoin.

I deposited on ACR with bitcoin via coinbase a few months ago. I'm now trying to withdraw with bitcoin, and in live chat I was told I need to make at least 2 deposits before "unlocking the BitCoin withdrawal option." Does anyone know if there's a better way to get my money off the site, since I'd rather not deposit again.

Are monies made in bonuses and rakeback automatically added to your account on a weekly basis or do you have to click the redeem button within some period of time?

AFAIK, yes. Easiest way to find out is to try it.

Yes, both are automatically credited to the account. You also have the option of clicking the redeem button on rakeback to redeem it earlier than scheduled.

I'm not familiar with Gemini, but if they allow gambling transactions, then yes. If they do not, I'd advise using an intermediary wallet that you control, or on a site like blockchain.info. Then transferring funds from that intermediary to your preferred exchange in order to convert to USD.

Typically P2P take ~15min. At times of high volume, it can take an hour. Technically, their policy says 24 hours.

I'd say the easiest way to get around it would simply be to make a min deposit in bitcoin again. Then see if it unlocks your bitcoin withdrawal option. Assuming it does, you should be able to turn right back around and withdraw.

Anyone else forced to sign an Authorization Form and provide digital photos of their credit card when requesting a cashout?

Got a pretty sketchy vibe to it.

Standard on every poker site I've ever played on. Just block out all but the last 4 of the card before you send it.
