Anybody ever try withdrawing and they asked for credit card verification to a card that you no longer have in possession because it's been deactivated/replaced with a new card? If so, were they understanding or were you able to verify with bank statement instead?

Does anyone here have issue making a skrill deposit into their wpn account? I tried to deposit into a bookmaker skin and i got an error message that said something about merchant/balance issue. I spoke to them on chat and they asked me do i have enough funds on skrill and i said yes i do. They then asked me to contact skrill and i did but waiting for a response from them. I deposited into other site with skrill and no issue.

Good advice, but depending on what kind of check it is the bank might get a little confused. When I played on PokerStars I cashed out and got a check sent to me via snail mail. It was a check drawn on the Cannadian bank and the teller stared at if for a while and said, "this looks different" before she asked one of the other tellers for help.

I thought that was a bit odd. I live in Michigan 200 miles from the Canadian border. You would think that any bank in Michigan should know how to handle a Canadian check, but clearly that was not the case. Sometimes tellers need to be trained by the players.

Been trying to get a bank draft processed at America's cardroom for over a month now. I keep getting different information everytime I talk to live support

My first withdraw attempt came about a month ago, I asked for a bank draft, took about a week, and the cashout was cancelled, no email was ever sent to me, I only saw the balance back into my account and realize it was cancelled.

The live support person told me they were having issues processing checks and that it would take a long time so they cancelled my request, they offered bit coin, I said I didn't want to use bit coin and asked about the debt card option, I decided to go with that.

About a week later, after trying to get a capital 7 card, I was told my account wasn't verified, so I went through the verification process. After that process, I spoke to someone at live chat again, and they told me there was no issues with bank drafts, and I could request one.

I made that request, only to find that some days later, it was cancelled again, I again went to speak with live chat (they never send any emails about the cancellations), I was told there was a technical error, and I could request it again. So I requested it, this was yesterday, and today, my request was cancelled again.

I am very annoyed, I have been told different things each time through live chat, and it's starting to feel like ACR is trying to do whatever it takes to stop me from cashing out.

It's not terribly uncommon for foreign cards to not have names on them. The 7C card does not print names.

It normally takes 1-2 business days in my experience. If you're docs aren't going through, be sure that you're not trying to upload huge files to them (or any other poker site for that matter). It's a good rule of thumb to keep the total attachment size under 2mb to be sure email servers don't reject your verification email outright.
