I currently play carbon, I six table low stakes hyper turbs, I was looking to move my action to WPN but see there are server crashes, no recent cashout reports, ect...

Is there enough volume in hyper turbs or other sng's to keep a 100 game a day grinder happy?

Are you being taken care of in relation to server crashes not just WTDs idea of fair?

Is there any other reason besides %27 RB that would persuade me to make a sizable deposit today and put in some volume?

The idea of a debit card is a plus but software seems a negative...thoughts

I did a check withdrawal on Sept 3 got the check two days ago Sept 16th.

FYI... I deposited the check yesterday and it cleared this morning.

Is it normal for it to take longer than 3 business days for processing and approval (I understand receiving takes up to 15 business days)? I checked three times with support and they said everything is fine even though they said normally they process within 24 hours.

Hello,

I can assure you the emails and servers are in Costa Rica (i manage them), GEOIP look up's on IPv4 are not always accurate. Our provider does have a location in Miami so this could be why it showed as a Florida IP , but all results i get show it as a Costa Rican IP.

in light of the recent server issues and seemingly poor method of handling the refunds (idk. briefly read, but didn't sound like most people were fully happy about hte way they were handled)

I take back my skittishness and anything bad I thought/said about them. Though they did charge me $65 for a first time withdrawal (thought it was free once a month?), I would have paid it anyway to get the express FedEx. No complaints here

I tried to withdraw twice via check. Once it worked the other time it did not. I am now trying to withdraw through debit card and ACR is making me go through hoops. I sent them 5 different documents with their response of the resolution not being clear enough.

After sending certain documents additional times, they stated that I need my initial debit card that I used to deposit on the site. The problem is this was years ago. I likely shredded the card and was wondering if anyone had this problem. Support is not being helpful at the moment.

Anybody having problems cashing out on ACR? Everytime I go to cashier it asks how I want to cash out but gives no options. ..Click on deposit and all options appear.
