Hi All-

Ok I'm tired of one tabling it at the casinos - I am blessed to live in Los Angeles and have several poker rooms to choose from but I'd really like to get back to online games.

I've read a lot of posts here in IP and seems that ACR is the favorite among the community for USA players. I've read a lot of this thread (even though it started quite some time ago) - and I just want to make sure a few things are still valid. Can any of you that play on ACR or the ACR Rep (I've also PM'd you about this ACR Rep) - verify that the following are still valid?:

1) I can get 27% rakeback by downloading client from their own site and (then PM'ing ACR Rep here to get it set up) -- or do I need to go through an affililliate?

2) I can still get the 100% initial deposit bonus up to $1000 (and do I need to get a deposit code for this?)

3) USA withdrawals are still handled relatively quickly (especially compared to merge and others)

4) Can USA withdrawals...
--be done to ACR debit card
--Western Union
--or only by check?

5) Can deposits be done through Western Union

6) Are there any other points that I need to be made aware of?

Thanks for anyone's help in this matter!

1) I believe you have to go through an affiliate in order to qualify for rakeback but I'm not quite sure. i went through rakeback.com and downloaded ACR through them and followed their steps(I believe I had to enter a code at some point when setting up my account). It took about a week to get rakeback setup though, I had to send them an email so they could contact ACR to see whats up.

2) Yup you can still get the 100% deposit bonus. I didn't need a code or anything when I deposited two weeks ago, but I also deposited via Western Union.

3)After doing my own research through the threads on here and comparing all the sites US players can play on, ACR is the best bet for getting money off the quickest.

4) Withdraws can be done to the debit card, western union, or check. However, there are fews involved of course. You'll have to check that.

5) Yes deposits can be done via Western Union. I made a $300 deposit(they cover the fees and add it to your account if you deposit $300 or more) a couple of weeks ago that went pretty smoothly. Just make sure when you send the money that its in USD and not some foreign currency.

6) From my playing experience on ACR so far I'm only modestly impressed. Of course I'm used to the days when online poker was flourishing, so maybe I'm just a little spoiled. You will have to get used to playing on a site with smaller traffic, however there is still $ to be made on this site. It is just a little disappointing if your mainly a Sng player on ACR, since SNGS are virtually non existent unless you are willing to play Double or Nothings which I have no interest in. There is also MTTs going throughout the day, but most are rebuy tournaments. I've had some success with those and the fields are very mediocre. On the other hand, if your strictly a cash game player then you shouldn't have much issue with the site since that's where all the traffic is. It just sucks that a 90% of the action is at the jackpot tables which produce more rake.

ACR rep said they were having issues with some servers hosting their webpages a few days ago, guess they are still having some issues.

been grinding on merge.. I play mostly 6max Super Turbo's.. I'm fed up with only having a check cashout option and looking to see if I have any other options on other sites.

I'm playing about 1000 6max ST's a month and have 45% VIP Cashback weekly on Merge. Is it worth my time to switch to ACR? Can I get in volume and are there even any ST's that run on ACR?

If not, whats the lowest stake of HU Cash I can play on ACR?

Thanks in advance.

Just some information for anybody considering depositing WU onto ACR. I chatted with a rep to get name info for who to send to. Got the name last night after about 5 min chat. Went to WU this morning and sent. Took 2 min to fill out form. Called the ACR phone number and gave the MTCN number and within about 10 min the money was in my acct. So far very pleased. Now time to run it up!!

Don't think you would get the same volume for 6max SNG on WPN (the network ACR is on), but combined with the FDB you should also get over the 45% cashback if you go through the 27% rakeback (paid out weekly).

Lowest cash HU tables should be NL10.

You wont get in any volume playing sngs on ACR. They just dont run and the lowest HU, ST's are 3$

ACR Rep ~ I've sent a few emails to support over the last week or so but have yet to get a response. When I used to send emails I would get a reply in less than an hour. Now I get nothing at all. What's happened? Why has the support through email disappeared (for me anyway)? The emails I have been sending have to do with my account and cashier options. Thanks in advance for a response.

I am really concerned with all of these recent post concerning ACR's poor customer service. I would like to know what has changed in the last 2-3 months.

This is also currently in development. This is actually a large project because there are a lot of little rules to taken into account for this.

We are open to the suggestion. Does anyone else on the forum think this is a good idea? Show of hands if you would like to play.

We are currently working on a new table view for the whole table. What colour would you prefer? Maybe we can do something.

These answers are correct. Regarding point one, Rakeback.com is a legit choice and we actually have many other affiliates promoting Rakeback along with other offers as well, feel free to search for the one that suits you the best.

As always, thanks for posting ACR Rep. As for the table mods, a black background with a dark/black table would be very easy on the eyes. Also, could you guys please make the board cards (flop, turn, river) larger? Thanks for listening to our feedback.
