Physically how are SNC points not making it to the leaderboard inside two days when Jackpots and The Beast are instant as usual? I mean literally how does that work? Blocked pipes???????????

I WD and they req information, saying I need to find the last deposit date and amount...can't find this at all in the client in the financial history tab. any help here?

It should be in that tab but check your bank statements or btc transaction history if not.

I'm still shorted what amounts to thousands of dollars worth of Rank Points and Combat Points. They will not even acknowledge that players are being stolen from. Their VIP program is the best in the industry if they actually adhered to the terms of it, but they currently are not.

My mtt tables didn't start back up after the break. Now I can't see anyone sitting at any table, cash or tournament. Also getting

"You have become disconnected. Check you network connection and tap ok to reconnect(100)"

I tap ok to reconnect and it just keeps cycling.

Saying I'm disconnected. I 4/400ish in $5.50 10k right now

This will be their last chance. I just deposited yesterday for the first time in 2 months to tourney grind. Fooled me twice and this will be the last if they don't figure it out.

Went ot break and never came back. I can pull up the table but it says I'm disconnected when it tries to load table. Ive restarted the software already.

@CardsNbooze my MTT tables also did not start back up. Also before the break one of my tables switched to 24/48 blinds instead of 500/1000 like it was supposed to. I can see all the other players at my tables but the game is just not starting.

I have 12 tables, 6 of which are still running the other half I cant re conect to. Im registerd for a 33 on demand that has 11 ppl and I can't unreg...

this is insane wtf is going on

Blitz tables are freezing on me after a hand has completed. When I close the program and sign in again, a blitz table opens up for me and says "you have been disconnected" I'm worried that my buyin wasn't returned to me either.

some stuff still running as I was 4th when this started and now in top 20. Still saying I'm specifically disconnected. I've even tried connecting through my hotspot. THis is ****ed.

In the $109 warm up, my table froze at 1,500/3,000 blinds and came back at 475/950 blinds.

In the 1k, my table never returned from break. I can watch other people's tables, but when I try to open my own, site tells me I've been disconnected.
