I've had this happen multiple times. Just respond to the email and resubmit.

Damn this is confusing.

Sometimes the button is where the chips should be and the chips where the button should be if you know what I mean.

Is anyone having issues with the bet slider not working with your mouse wheel?

Where exactly can you find out the exchange rate information for cashing in PP? I think I looked over every page of the FAQs and explanations and such, and while there were like 3 different charts explaining the BP tiers and PP earning multiplier rates, I didn't see one that said anything about 250k PP = 4000$ cash or whatever. Also, are combat points just an old name for something, or what are those referring to?

Before the "upgrade" there was a points store where you could redeem points. The best prices require general or equivalent rank to unlock.

https://professionalrakeback.com/sit...t-rakeback.png

5 Star general indeed unlocks a new $10k for 625k points option, but this simply allows you to redeem faster, the points per dollar rate does not improve on the 250k option.

Here is how they are cheating players on the point redemption (neglecting the fact that they are not even crediting the proper points to players):

When there was a point store players could save up until they got enough for a dollar purchase that they were happy with, buy that cash and leave their remaining points to be saved for a good price later. Currently when a player contacts support and asks for their points to be redeemed, support gives them the lesser rate on those remaining points. At least one person has reported being given less than the rates on the chart as well!

What’s the deal with “restricted states?” I live in NJ, and play on the regulated sites. But I made an account with ACR (gave correct Jersey address and everything) and played a few MTTs just fine after depositing $1000 via BTC.

I suppose I’m essentially asking—will this be the sort of deal where when I finally decide to cash out $10k or whatever, I get hit with a “Sorry! Your funds have been seized because you were playing from a restricted state!” Can anyone playing from a “restricted state” with experience chime in here?

Good luck. I would try and sell off in the marketplace as opposed to cashing out directly.

Ah, ok. I see now that RP = BP and CP = PP and the "store cash" column is the exchange rate. I've seen this chart before but since the names were wrong and it was third party I didn't know if I could count on it being accurate. But this is like the third time somebody has posted this so I guess it's safe to assume it's still the standard.

Awesome, thanks for the edit, I was actually going to ask about this. Since there's no other way to cash in points, if I ever need to I'll make sure to explicitly talk with the rep before they do anything about what I want and what I can actually expect.

Pretty sure they don't enforce this. They don't allow new accounts from these states allegedly but before USA locations were effectively anonymized by the "upgrade" there were tons of accounts with Nevada locations. Israel has a ban on online poker and there is countless players from there on WPN as well as many other banned countries like Iran. I personally know actual players that reside in every one of the "banned" states that currently play on WPN and there hasn't been any issues reported yet.

PP and BP now look correct on my end.

The new interface is going to take awhile to get used to.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I’ll try a BTC cashout for like a grand and make sure everything goes smoothly...I just have this vague fear that I’ll get screwed over somehow, hence the post...the general attitude in this thread has definitely made me slightly wary of playing higher stakes MTTs on this network.

It’s weird that they just allowed me to make an account with a Jersey address with no problems...no?

I can't say anything for sure yet since I'm also new, but the grapevine has told me that it hasn't been a problem depo/cashing out as long as it's with crypto. I live in a restricted state as well, and before I deposited I voluntarily submitted my ID and address verification stuff, like you would for cashing out, and got my account quote mode certified end quote mode. I know that probably doesn't give me any actual legal recourse, but I feel like at that step they're formally recognizing my location and allowing me to proceed, so they would have to expose themselves as pretty huge pieces of **** to confiscate a balance for that reason at some point in the future.

The only time I've ever actually been kicked off a site for location after mistakenly being allowed in, I got an apology and my original deposit refunded to me even though I was down a little bit in my first few games. Conversely, the only time I've ever had money stolen from me by an online site (was it Lock poker? Idr), they just disappeared and didn't bother with excuses. I feel like that's a decent paralell for what to expect with a big, popular site like this. If they're big enough pieces of **** to allow new members to TOS breach just so they could take advantage of it later to steal money, then they're probably big enough pieces of **** to just straight up steal from all of us and disappear. So if I don't really expect the latter, I'm not too worried about the former either. As long as they have pathways to get me my money, like crypto, I for one feel fairly safe as "just another player". (Although that's not say I wouldn't have a change of heart and start stress shitting over it if I suddenly binked 6 figures or something.)

Thanks. Yeah, I think I’ll just make it a policy to not keep more than I need at any given time on the site.

Seems like they make a lot more money if they don't do security checks on this until after the player attempts to get their money out...no?
