Got double charged on my first deposit, caused an over draft because that account is just for poker deposits. So a 50$ deposit cost me 135$. Hey acr rep, can you look into this?? Screen name eazy_e97. Also the second charge was not put in my account.

So many problems with this software it's ridiculous. I'm done on here as soon as there's anything remotely better unless they make changes.

It says requesting for like 5 minutes, and sometimes just stays like that. Then I have to log out and log back in to get it to work. By then, someone else has taken the seat, and the fish I was trying to rematch (because there is no ****ing rematch option; seriously, how difficult is it to add a rematch option??) is playing someone else. Now I'm forced to wait another 5 minutes for the HUSNG level I wanted to open a new table, because a new table doesn't automatically open up like on every other reputable site I've ever played on.

Seriuously..... make changes or you're not going to get any new customers. And you definitely won't have my business much longer. With the amount of volume I get on this site I might as well grind a 1/2 LLSNL table to try and rebuild my roll. I can't do it here when I'm only getting 10-15 matches a day, if I'm lucky.

Ok, found tournament . Can any one tell me when tournament 442219 was? Even right after I win a start into it, I couldn't locate it in the lobby. Dirty weekend of pasting here isn't looking too good. Not too mention never being able to reach a chat operator

Anyone else have this issue when they go to open a tourney? Just says this b**ls**t and then times out after like a minute. Drives me f*****g nuts.

I have restarted client multiple times over the 2 weeks since I first reported this issue (2 weeks ago....). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the client. I have traded PMs with the ACR rep here on 2p2.

I STILL cannot get into the rewards tab.

Received a call from tech support just now. The issue was fixed.

But they asked me not to redeem multiple bonuses back to back as it is probably what messed up the system.

Just did my first debit card payout on sunday, how do we know the money hits the card? Do they send email or what?

How long did it take you to get your card. I'm in Chicago and I requested mine on the 16th or 17th

Ok I have played a lot on ACR past month... Love the site, but my issues are winning satelittes and missing payments.. this past sunday i registered for the $215 250k, and i also won a satelitte for $215 which was suppose to rewarded in cash $215 after the tourny started.. Well I asked 2x and was told each time you will get it (over 1 hour into playing) the 3rd time i asked they wanted the tourny id of the satelitte I won.. well I didnt have it but told them it was the big 250 seat satty I won (they had trouble finding out what i was talking about) i later found id and got my money after 30mins with online support.. in the mean time i busted 5 mins prior to getting that money paid so I had to deposit just to re enter that tourny.

After all this I write down all tourny ids and again im having problems with money.. first email sent i was rewarded $26 of it, today I talk to them again and im rewarded another $52 and I still believe I im owed another $44.50

satelitte wins need to be credited automated right away, its such a hassle to write down every tourny win because you know there is gonna be problems.. and many phone calls and talking to support

Just noticed no credit/debit card deposit option, only person to person or western union.

ACR does not send an email it just shows up. You can set up on the cards website to receive an email once your card receives a credit.

I deposited in January with a Visa credit card. My debit card didn't work.

My banker told me that the problem with my debit card had nothing to do with poker. He said that debit cards usually don't work for international transactions.

I've had to start using excel for that. I hope this is one of the issues they fix.

i've read that the site is a ghost town during certain times of the day. would anyone know when the site has most of its traffic?

I'am east coast and see most traffic 6pm-1am and sat and sun.

I tend to find the traffic higher in the evenings (based on EST). 6-9pm are usually the busy times as most of the players on there seem to be from the USA. When people get out of work they tend to hop on, at least that's what I do.

I have a few question kind of new at this. I signed up at americas card room through rakebrain.com acr support confirmed I am signed up through them to get rakeback. I try to contact rakebrain but they just dont answer any e=mails not sure why. Has anyone used them before and if so what day is your rakeback paid to your acr account??? IS it weekly or monthly or what??

Every Wednesday paid direct by ACR --so it doesnt matter which affiliate you use as long as they are allowed to offer rakeback by ACR

RakeBrain is one of the top sites. I prefer RakeTheRake, but if RB has a good offer I would jump in anytime.

Note/edit: RakeBrain seems to have issues relating to responding to emails from some 2+2ers as I have now seen a couple threads concerning their lack of response over the last month or so. Until they answer as to problems, I would go with someone else.

well its wednesday and I never received any rakeback. Did anyone else get rake today?
