I have close to 25,000 points which would be about 300 dollars in the store but there is actually no way I can redeem these. When you guys changed your rake rewards program you also changed being able to buy into basic sit n gos with points (which is the only way I could use the points) and this is the only way I could use them. I realize I need to switch to ACR so I can actually use my rewards but for now so I don't lost about $300 due to the new system, if you could do anything to help me I would be very very grateful.
Thank you.
There will be a number of things coming for the sportsbooks and points usage coming soon.

The fees vary from state to state. If you're planning on depositing close to $300, keep in mind ,we will reimburse any fees as long as you send $300 or more. Also, cashouts using the same method WU or MG are the fastest.

Please help.
The funds were added to your account on 4/16/2012, please be sure to check on your transaction history to verify this.

The recommended methods are Person to Person transactions such as WU and MG, fees are covered for deposits over $300 and over $100 with MG and they’re the fastest.
The most popular cashout method these days is the debit Card, all our of cashouts take from 7- 15 business the most. We have many respected affiliate promoting Rakeback and more… feel free to do a search.

There were many posts from ACR or TP reps in October/November 2011 saying this was a high priority and was was due to be released in late 2011. We're now half way through April and I'm still having to refill my stack manually which gets really annoying. Pppllllleeeeassssssseeeeeee add this ASAP!
It’s coming very soon.

Tournamment #440985
1. Level 6 should have ended at 48 minutes, but a level 6 hand was dealt after more than 49 minutes.
2. Level 7 should have ended at 56 minutes, but a level 7 hand was dealt at 57:22.
It's frustrating to be one of the two small stacks and think that the blinds are going to hit the other small stack first, and then watch both blinds pass that other small stack when the level should be over, and hit me 30-60 seconds later.
Please allow me your username and I will be sure to look into this for you.

Yes we do, all transfers are reviewed by our security prior to approval but that’s done every 15 mins. The most it will take is 24 hrs.
