That's correct. It's on our list of improvements.

give it a few days after you receive it. they should automatically subtract $25 from your poker account to open the card. after that you can cashout as normal, once every 7 days.

You should add 5NL to the BBJ tables to really put this network over the top of it's competitors.

Why has auto top-up not been implemented yet???

There were many posts from ACR or TP reps in October/November 2011 saying this was a high priority and was was due to be released in late 2011. We're now half way through April and I'm still having to refill my stack manually which gets really annoying. Pppllllleeeeassssssseeeeeee add this ASAP!

+1. This is the most annoying feature with the software, I think, right along with the rebuy problems discussed above. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

There is a significant problem with the timing of tournament levels. I have seen it in MTT, STT, and DON. Once I got my first 5-minute MTT break with 4:23 of the break remaining, according to the screen.

Tonight I ran a stopwatch during a DON (8-minute levels). I hit the stopwatch when the level 1 blinds were posted:

Tournamment #440985

1. Level 6 should have ended at 48 minutes, but a level 6 hand was dealt after more than 49 minutes.

2. Level 7 should have ended at 56 minutes, but a level 7 hand was dealt at 57:22.

It's frustrating to be one of the two small stacks and think that the blinds are going to hit the other small stack first, and then watch both blinds pass that other small stack when the level should be over, and hit me 30-60 seconds later.

I was in the cutoff with two limpers in the pot. Not a good scenario to count on getting anyone's stack in preflop.

It's not happening until the winning network gets ahold of the full version of the old enet software. Only when that happens will any significant changes be possible.

Can anyone recommend good rakeback affiliates to sign up with. So far I see rakeback.com and rakebrain.com at the top of SEO - I'm inclined to go with rakebrain.com since they are listen in the rakeback request link on 2p2.

raketherake.com also looks good - they have a very active support thread in the affiliate forum.

I went through rakeback.com. Their support blows, but I got my 27%

I have close to 25,000 points which would be about 300 dollars in the store but there is actually no way I can redeem these. When you guys changed your rake rewards program you also changed being able to buy into basic sit n gos with points (which is the only way I could use the points) and this is the only way I could use them. I realize I need to switch to ACR so I can actually use my rewards but for now so I don't lost about $300 due to the new system, if you could do anything to help me I would be very very grateful.
Thank you.
There will be a number of things coming for the sportsbooks and points usage coming soon.

The fees vary from state to state. If you're planning on depositing close to $300, keep in mind ,we will reimburse any fees as long as you send $300 or more. Also, cashouts using the same method WU or MG are the fastest.

The funds were added to your account on 4/16/2012, please be sure to check on your transaction history to verify this.

The recommended methods are Person to Person transactions such as WU and MG, fees are covered for deposits over $300 and over $100 with MG and they’re the fastest.
The most popular cashout method these days is the debit Card, all our of cashouts take from 7- 15 business the most. We have many respected affiliate promoting Rakeback and more… feel free to do a search.

Yes we do, all transfers are reviewed by our security prior to approval but that’s done every 15 mins. The most it will take is 24 hrs.

Anybody receive a debit card payment yet this week? Just curious. I requested mine Monday (as I do most weeks), got the "processed" email Tuesday, and still no funds as of today. I know they say up to 5 days, but I've always gotten it either Wednesday or occasionally Thursday when I request on Monday. So just checkin'...

Same thing for me, requested Monday, usually receive in 2-3 days but haven't gotten this one yet.

Ok..... I play HUSNG's and it's REALLY frustrating that there is no rematch option. So not only does the rake suck, but I can't rematch opponents, AND if a HUSNG ends quickly, I have to wait 5 ****ing minutes before I can open a new table because apparently you can only play one table/level every 5 minutes. Will this be addressed??

I've since switched to the rewards program from rakeback but I originally signed up through rakeback.com, which is the affiliate. When opening your ACR account you will be prompted to enter a code somewhere that you should have gotten from whatever affiliates site you were on. I'm not sure if opening an ACR account and then contacting them about rakeback will work (with no affiliate already chosen), although it might if support said it will. Seems to me you need to have an affiliate first. If you wait a day or so I'm sure the ACR rep can address this for you. Or you can call ACR's support and talk to them about this.

I'm considering depositing at ACR after a year away from the game. Searched this thread for a while and still looking for some answers.....

Is rakeback or the rewards program better considering I plan to multitable low/mid cash games?

Max tables allowed?

Alright so, this really frustrates me with the ACR software.

When rebuys + addons end and the prize pool has been finalized, the 'more details' of how money is distributed doesn't seem to automatically update to account for rebuys (stays on number of players and doesn't change money to 'players'). So you have to manually switch from x-x players to y-y # of players in order to see an accurate distribution.

It would be really cool if it could auto-update. I noticed this right after I got knocked out and raged pretty hard as it heavily changed my play, lol.
