The last one guaranteeing it would be in my account by 3pm today. Still nothing. Literally never complained or asked for anything from live chat before and this process for relatively little has been rough. The last guy even put up a hand history showing me busting from the tournament, until I patiently pointed out it was from a completely different tournament from the ID# I kindly provided from the beginning. I have no doubt I'm going to be spending tomorrow morning going through the exact same process as the last two days. At this point it is just out of principal as the time spent on it is dwarfing the tiny value of the tournament buyins.

The bet sizing buttons look similar to the FullTilt buttons around 2005. It would be great if you would consider something similar to the Stars set up.

Crazy how delusional someone can be. ACR staff member just admitted today that he was ashamed to show his face in here because of how insane this disaster is. Great job? I went from playing 30k hands of cash a week to zero. That is because the software is not safe for me to play on right now. Lobby was full of tournaments prior to update and now is a ghost town, the few tournaments that are run are cancelled every night. Rakeback and VIP has just completely disappeared without a word. Leaderboards look like they are gone for good. Hundreds of players reporting inaccurate accounting of their funds. Software does not work at all, can't buy in to table, autodisconnects every other hand, top up doesn't work, laggy, cpu-intensive hud-free jackpot poker software lmao.

For me the games were much better even when there was 2-4 bots at every table. At least I could play 30k hands a week without a hitch.

HUDs do not tell you what actions to take. They simply collect data and visually represent it. A skilled professional will always derive a greater advantage from using the exact same HUD as a fish. Many fish use HUDs, that does not make them winning players. There are many skills that take a long time to learn and employ, such as knowing what stats to look to learn about your opponent's strategy in a spot, knowing what population frequencies are like for this stat, having an idea of what a GTO frequency for this stat would be, and recognizing how far your opponent is deviating from those frequencies and what the correct adjustment is to your strategy to maximize your EV. Just purchasing a HUD won't give you those skills.

I'm not sure if the micro MTT players are bored but the micro cash games are flooded and chips are spewing everywhere. I love it.

I just requested my 2nd ever BTC cashout a couple days ago. The first one I got an email asking me to verify some information. I haven't gotten that email for this request. Is that something I should get with every cashout?

So I've noticed that on my Windows machine that the ACR client version in settings-apps is 1.16.30 and when logged on - under support-client version it says 1.16.42 for last 4 days. So I was thinking that their installer isn't working right, sent FB post and To support nothing.

So I uninstalled client, cleaned registry with crap cleaner, deleted ACR from C; Drive and Windows-App-Roaming ACR folders - I have DONE THIS 3-4 times over last 4 days and re-downloaded from website - nothing changes (

Downloaded client says 1.16.30 in settings-apps - The software loads HL tables but nothing on Blitz and Tourneys. Tourneys were loading for weekends but nothing now.

Any of you notice the version differences ? Specifically, if you look at Home-Apps and see your program listing for ACR - does it say 1.16.30 or 1.16.42 ? If it says 1.16.42 consider yourself lucky.

They must be having alot of fun at ACR now - I can't wait for Phil's 90 day review with Joe Ingram after these couple of weeks. It will pass....but it's ugly now......

I thought that was only ever happening on blitz tables. You're saying this is from a regular cash table?

Most likely they don’t update minor versions changes with the registry that the .exe is using. That’s not super uncommon.

I keep getting logged/timed out from the lobby while I'm playing 15+ games. I can keep playing the tables I'm on, but have no way to access the lobby/cashier without clicking the "you have been disconnected" button and re-logging back in. This automatically forces me to close all my games, even if I am in the middle of a bunch of hands.

So I guess the lobby timeout function doesn't take into account that I am playing a bunch of games? In order to avoid this, I have to bring up the lobby every 5-10 minutes and scroll around to remain active.

Very frustrating. I forgot to do it twice in the last couple hours and lost pots because of it. Anyone else experiencing this?

Okay Yurk - Thanks - I'm sure they haven't slept in 7 days so they will get it all matching but I wasn't sure if these have to match to make things work. I watched the video and many issues - it will be another week before stability would be my guess and then everything else will be here in 2-3 weeks. If you have ever been through an ERP change in a company, you can feel their pain - not fun at all.
