When Blitz went down on Saturday night, the money on the tables was never refunded to accounts. I had two tables open then. Been repeatedly told to wait 24 hours. I wouldn't be sticking your finger in that trap quite yet wilfram.

All refunds should of been made from stuck money. please double check

poker players that enjoy playing live, play live. internet poker is a different animal. keep in mind, most of the people in this thread make a living from poker, this is twoplustwo. There is no comparison to the amount of volume between online and live, so, my point being, huds aren't going anywhere and I can assure you we all watched this argument play out many times when huds first entered the poker scene. Your comment is about 13 years too late to have actually had any chance of relevance, which, all those arguments 13 years ago lost that battle anyway. Huds are here to stay, they aren't a program telling you the best move to make. They are simply taking notes, it is up to the player to evaluate the information

I can give you all the details you want, but it hasn't been. Plain and simple, I had $60-$70 over two tables on Blitz 5/25 and when it froze and was removed that money never came back to my cashier.

I have the screen-clip from my game history I can send you. I have the pool ID from when it crashed. It says the time of the session ended was 12/31/0000 at 19:00

A month deep on my financial history only shows my balance import into the new software.

I'm still missing $400-$500. I'm honestly not sure of the exact range, but I received 8 refunds of $25 on 5/26. These refunds, I presume, were from tables where I tried to join but the table never populated.

I'm still missing money from the tables that either froze or that I left where I had been playing for a while. These balances were in the range of $25-$90/$100 per table. Some of them I had been playing on for 2-3 hours and then the Blitz tables froze or just processing, so I had to close out. The money never went in to my account.

I don't think I'm the only one missing money.

I spoke with Jason M on chat yesterday early afternoon, and he said my case had been escalated to a supervisor and I'd hear something within 24 hours. I still haven't received an email.

Pretty sure I'm two $55 step 4 tickets short. I was told by ACR support that 2nd tickets get converted to cash which apparently is not true...

This. Another issue, for me at least, is that the sound notification is hit or miss. I have been folded out of a few big pots today because the table didn't pop up, nor was there sound letting me know it's my timer is running down. The one sound that has been pretty consistent is the all in chips dropping, which I never had activated lol.

I was thinking about playing on your site and decided to check out the software and do some research. I also checked the possible winrates and competition on a third party stats website. I found some interesting playerstats from winning NLHE 6max players on $10NL and $25NL.

I noticed a pattern in the playing styles of some of the bigger winners on these limits. I am not blatantly saying all these players are bots, but in my opinion some of the following players might be worth investigating. Again, not saying these accounts are all bots and I apologize if I wrongly listed someone. Some of the accounts seen to have suddenly stopped playing around the same time (maybe they got banned), but there are still players with the same stats active. The accounts:

I found these accounts in about ~10 minutes. I only checked 10NL and 25NL winners and not even all of them.

I am still missing money despite support contacting me and saying otherwise. I have 4 25NL blitz sessions that are still stuck, and was also not refunded from the two tournaments I played on Friday night even though support says I was.

Same boat as you my friend. Was told it was being escalated and I should expect to see the money in my account. The person I spoke to asked for date, time I played to the time I quit the session, games I was playing. This has been over 24 hours.

There's no 'trap', dog. I've finished up all 4 of my Blitz sessions, and I did have to wait about 30min - 1hr to see my new balance a couple of the times, but other than that it's all good. Also, fwiw, WPN has a lengthy history of paying out people, wronging rights when it comes to account balance, etc. Scamming, 'trapping' or whatever you are trying to say is simply just not happening at WPN.

WPN has it wrong in plenty of areas- plenty. And I understand some people are still missing hundreds of dollars. But one thing they have never done is facilitate scams to take users' money unfairly. An ignorant thought that needs to stay in the past.

Same for me! Today I received refunds for 3 of those On demands. They must know what happened because I thought it was two but happy to get refunds for three

I have played 30k+ hands with half of those players, and SenKingPoxer and Joyntsharefood in particular have almost identical stats and are probably the biggest winners I have seen personally.
