I attempted to make my first withdrawal the other day from ACR via check, then security emailed me saying they needed my driver's license, a recent utility bill with my name on it, a copy of my debit card, and I had to sign a document they provided. The document seemed a bit shady to me (promising to not dispute charges made by ACR)If I remember correctly Full Tilt and Stars only asked for a copy of my license (which I figured was to verify my age). I guess this is their policy, but has anyone been able to withdraw without goig through this bs?

Odd that to deposit they need just your card but to withdrawal they need every identification they can come up with. Change the policy.

Yeah they should only be asking you to scan your credit/debit card if you used it to deposit. For everyone else it's the standard photo ID + proof of address.

Requested a max payout via Check method on 3/25/2012. Normally it would be "processed" no later than two business days. Today is Friday 3/30... 5th business day. Contacted ACR dept and asked when they plan to process my payout. Was greeted with their generic copy and paste respond... saying payouts are processed in the order received. I find it hard to believe that in one week time... they have such an influx of players / payouts that would push back my check payout so much?

Has anybody requested a check payout on or after 3/25 and got that payout processed already?

Here is my last four payouts and the time it took to be processed...
1). 3/1 requested, 3/2 processed, 3/17 received, $2995 (free payout in 30 days sent via regular mail)
2). 3/11 requested, 3/13 processed, 3/17 received, $2990 (FedEx)
3). 3/18 requested, 3/20 processed, 3/27 received, $2995 (FedEx)
4). 3/25 requested, NOT YET PROCESSED

Should I be concerned????

Thank you all for listening.

That's not good. I am at work and can't try but it could very well be a temporary being down. Please provide an update on whether you are able to do a cashout.

Thanks

I attempted to make a deposit on 3/21, it showed up declined and I was not credited the funds in my account but my check card was charged. After a week and a half of back and forth, today I sent an email saying I still have not had the funds credited back to my bank account and how long should I expect this to take? Then they sent this response.

Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting Americas Cardroom, it is a plaeasure being of your assistance!

Please be kindly advised that the trasnaction was confirmed as sent to refund according to our Cc Processor, however it depends on the bank on how long does the money will take to get into your account. It usually takes 8 days; however in a worse case scenario, some banks take 42 business days.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or comments.

Kind regards,
XXXXXX
Security Department

Am I the only one who thinks its ridiculous to have to wait up to 42 business days for a refund after they accidently charged me? Or is this normal? I understand that it is now in their processors hands and are just being relayed information but two months seems extreme.

ACR rep:

I tried to play in the First time depositors freeroll at 12:05 EST today. I got a popup that said I needed a password...I contacted Live chat and they are totally confused, saying it's only for first time depositors. Which I am. I have never played in this. I should be able to.

I'll be honest, I'm pissed about missing it today as I cancelled family stuff to play in it and now can't.

CAn you sort this out and PM me please with the solution please? Also think I should get some sort of compensation ie entry in some tourney or something for me wasting my day and missing out on a family outing.

Thanks.
