This only recently started happening, but on 4 separate occasions since the start of the yr, I am now prompted with them emailing me a verification code that I have to enter to get into my account when I've been traveling. me do to enter before allowing me into my account. These were somewhat significant distances, however not sure if I were to go across town to a friends house if this would happen. Maybe rep can weigh in on the distance part for this.

WPN also makes you log on with your email address, not username. But I guess if someone is gonna hack your account they prolly can find your email address pretty easily, and I guess prolly have the IP be similar to yours to prevent the above part.

Can someone please explain in short rewards program on ACR? Basically i want to know how rakeback works, is it internal, are there affiliates..etc. Thank you in adbvance.

I try opening the ACR application on my desktop and it just says checking for new version for 2 minutes then closes without doing anything. Anyone else having issues?

Affiliates still exist on WPN. However players with an affiliate and those w/out will earn the same amount of rb. The affiliates make their $ off a % of rb that otherwise goes to wpn. Affiliates CANNOT offer their players a cut of the rb at risk of being banned. This is to prevent a race to the bottom effect. However if you recommend a player to an affiliate, you may get a commission.

WPN has two rewards options. One is to take a flat 27% rakeback. This rakeback is calculated daily and you just go to your cashier>rewards>rakeback and youll fine a page with your rakeback amount for the week next to a "Redeem" btn. If you don't click redeem I believe once a week it auto deposits into your account.

The second option is their "elite" rewards that I'm pretty sure is copied from the old supernova elite. The elite system restarts at the beginning of the calendar yr and runs thru 12/31. The system is a series of "Ranks" and each rank has its point multiplier and the "achievement" medals needed to complete to move on. Each achievement medal is completed after 5k points. As you advance in the ranks the achievement medal still takes 5k points to complete, however the amount paid out increases. You also are able to cash in player points, and you obviously are earning these quicker as you advance bc your multiplier increases. However the goal is to get to Legend rank, at which point you'll pull over 50% RB. If you arent going to make enough points to reach legend, id stick with the flat 27. The elite rewards is slow at first and unless you're grinding the site pretty hard I think youre better going with the 27%

I assume you meant bots. The bots are omnipresent at all stakes 3/6 and lower, although they are sometimes seen at 5/10 and 10/20. Bots have not been seen playing 15/30 or higher.

I have been unable to log in after my password was no longer valid (reason unknown) and a subsequent password reset. I have reset my password numerous times and spoken with support on the phone numerous times. Every time I get a new password, it doesn't work. Support has not offered any solutions or any way to help me other than to tell me "there must be a problem on my end". I even went so far as to download the ACR client on a different laptop in a different location and tried logging in. It still didn't work.

I have about ~$150 on the site that I can't access due to this issue. The incompetence of the support team is maddening. All I want is to log into my account! I've proven my identity to support numerous times. I've deleted cookies and cache as that has resolved password issues in the past. Like I said I even used a brand new client on a new laptop! FWIW I am using a Mac and the new laptop I tried to log in was a Windows based.

Started using TRUE after exclusively ACR. Noticed that in True, there are only 13 or so table options where ACR had quite a few more. Is there a way to change this on my own in the software? I've used many types of cards and mods thru modmaniac and I like to pick and choose my favorite themes from the multiple packages I purchased. Thanks!
