cant load my client


I get 2 of these ^ and



like 10 of these ^. my client freezes when the box pops up with the news/promotions or whatever after you login. clicking yes/no/x'ing out of those error messages doesnt help

I've uninstalled/deleted my ACR folder and reinstalled multiple times

any solution to this? thanks

Why did the On Demands change back to the previous 30k starting stack structure?

are saying they are back to 30k? As of 1/21 they were 1500...

Anyone else get a "404 Not Found" error when trying to click the 6+ holdem rules?

They are back to 30k ss with a couple of extra added levels. Also pre reg and lr multipliers. After feedback i have received from players i think i have found the correct structure.

@Winning_td Can you provide any insight on why odm sit n gos receive so many sit n crush pts? Why is this game and only this game recieving so many pts? It's making it near impossible to play jackpots.

Also regarding jackpots: Registrations are very buggy. About 1/5 dont work and an error message comes up. And out of those occurances, often the buy in goes missing from your account. So you have to constant check your balance to make sure u arent losing buy ins. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Pre Black Friday there would be Hundreds of thousands of players online across all the sites.

Access to Winning is in most States!
Why can't I see more then a few dozen players on a Saturday night in the SNG lounge?

I remember PS if you didn't click fast enough SNG table would Fill before you could even enter.

Just got knocked out yet another tournament 100+ player - three minutes after that last post.
Was Top ten or first for over two hours.
Close to money yet again - and here comes the big F U again.

I suspect that is why traffic is not what it could be.
People just tired of it.

From what I can see is you forgot to give additional points to the PLO8 for early entry. I like the 1500 structure,but if you need to make it 30k ss i understand. We really need the DOUBLE POINTS for these OD's not 1 1/2 for early seeding. Plus the PLO8's arent getting them right now like the NLHE OD's are.

As to the question why these give so many points and making jackpots unplayable due to points. The answer is there is no real logic behind it. I speak to many players and they find these the most enjoyable to play with good structures so i wanted to make them better.

I am about to earn major status for the first time ever, but looking in to it, it looks like rakeback is still a better option. From other threads the break-even point is around 7500 points, correct? I have a full time job, and while I haven't been playing when I don't "want" to be playing, putting in that kind of volume at $5-$20 tournaments/sngs sounds like death.

That being said, what is the best way to go about getting rake back?

Can I get it changed on my current ACR account or Do I need to sign up under a different skin?
What is the preferred skin, aside from ACR and Black chip? If transferring I am planning on depositing up to $1,000 and am looking to get the best possible bonus.

Bonus question- How long would it take to clear a bonus to the point where I could withdraw without restrictions?

Thanks for your timely response and at least giving us the 1 1/2 points like the other SNGs. Now on to the reason for this post. The 30k SS is still a problem not because of the amount but because of the blind structure. The addition of a couple extra blind levels helps, but it's still a turbo tourney. It's an issue because its not stated anywhere in the TITLE or in the description page. If you look at the tourney sizes of these PLO8 OD's, you'll notice the fields are bigger with the 1500 SS and it's corresponding blind structure. My main post from yesterday was to get fair compensation for Sit N Crush that the NLHE OD's were getting. The next point I can't help but post on a separate line all by itself.

WHY ARE THERE ANTES IN A PLO8 GAME??????

Please go back to 1500 SS and its blind level structure, or please make the corrections to the above stated issues.

P.S. It is PLO8 and really should have its own structure especially because it's pot limit. And for the love of GOD no antes lol.
