Is it possible to withdraw money via check from ACR? I logged on today and saw I had a free $5.50 tourny ticket and played a tourny and ran the ticket up to $112.

Tried to withdraw and said I can't withdraw. LOL am I fcked? I wanna take the money out of ACR bc I have no plans to really play on the site due to overall shadiness lately.

Just wanna hear if anyone has been able to have a paper check sent to them? I'm not going to withdraw via bitcoin or the other goofy methods they have to withdraw. Feel like i'm screwed and prolly going to just have to treat the money as a lost cause and bet sports/ punt. Thanks for any info.

You can withdraw via check just fine if you want, it's just the worst possible way to get money from an online poker site. What is goofy about bitcoin? Would you rather wait weeks or a few days? You could also just find someone here in the P2P transfer thread that has good history and get money that way instantly via many different methods.

Checks from online poker sites bounce, not just here, all of the sites serving us players have this issue sometimes.

So is the sit and crush promo happy hours back this week? Chat support of course seems clueless.

I tend to agree with you. I haven't completely left, but it's the closets thing to leaving. Once things seem to be OK again, after a few days I will do something like play a 55¢ On Demand just to see if it's really working. But usually the next day or the day after that it all falls apart again.

When that happens now I wait for a week, watching this thread. If it looks clear then I give it a shot, and even then not with an amount of money that means anything. My last 55¢ On Demand was almost a month ago.

Right now we are all Charlie Brown and we are letting Lucy pull the football away time after time.* As long as we complain today and play tomorrow ACR has no incentive to fix anything.

I'm now curious: What actually was accomplished in the end by removing the WPN subforums?

Doesn't seem like anything, expect now we never hear from the ACR rep, so we just speculate on what is going on. I understand why 2+2 did what they did, and obviously ACR is not innocent in this. If they weren't so butt hurt, they could still have their rep post on this forum (as far as I know).

Is there another area where we can start a positive thread on ACR. Not sure why it benefits anyone to be so negative on the site when we all should want the same thing which is a Poker economy that thrives.

I too am a little disappointed in the way ACR has handled themselves in certain areas but they have continued to pay players, offer decent games, and do some work on addressing issues.

There are a couple of things I would love to see at ACR which include:

- Higher Stakes
- 100-200 No Limit
- 500-1000 No Limit

- Additional Rathole Tables at different denominations and stakes

- Creativity with new games; some ideas/concepts I was thinking of are:
- Cash Game Bounty Tables
- For Example if you win a hand holding 2 - 7 you win a jackpot

Obviously the most important thing to do is to kill the egos and apologize the community and help them understand the steps they are taking to improve the site. Everyone has bots and cheaters on their sites; it's impossible to prevent to a certain extent. But it's a complete shame that ACR does not take advantage of the dedicated players that frequent the site and grow the base. I really don't understand why they are not pushing harder.

Complacency and Ego kill the best of companies. I really hope that they take a hard look at what is going to take to be relevant or around in the years to come.

Yup, down mid hand with a monster draw and a bunch of money in already at 5/10. Wonderful.

Client opens but doesn't prompt me to login. Top left says "configuring". Tried a few times with no luck.

This is getting really ****ing old. Back up for me, though.

Back in, fully refunded for the 4 mtts I was in. They were all still in late reg.

Got back in all sorts of issues still, wouldn't advise playing just yet. Posted my blind twice and got auto-timed out (nothing I clicked would work) and lobby keeps disconnecting/reconnecting. Seems as though it has not been sorted.

Guys ive been playing the last few days but like i see here the connection seems "iffy" but its weird instead of just affecting the client, it seems to lag my entire PC and other sites. It only happens from time to time and when i close the WPN client it goes away instantly so i cant see how its my hardware. Any ideas or similar experiences? I guess ill try to reinstall. I'll make sure at least one seat is registered while I'm logged on, if we can get just 8 more acting the same way we can convene multiple steps in quick succession.

Ok that is a first. I have the stud Tab Only. NL and Omaha games load just fine.
Just Stud games gone on my machine (both ACR and True), but you have it on yours.

Guess I will try removing ACR and True and re-download. Maybe that will make the Stud Tables come back for me.
