If you have already played for real money, you should see a link to rakeback in the rewards tab just above the monthly race on the left side. If that is not the case, send your username fo the ACR Rep on 2+2 for further investigation.

I hardly think not answering your question in 4 hours is ignoring you. I'd assume that since they had just answered a series of questions only 2 minutes before your post, they may not have checked for new ones since.

What are the charges related to the debit card? An initial fee to get the card and then 2.5% per use or ATM cash withdrawal?

Is there a limit on the amount you can withdrawal at once from an ATM? the standard 600/700 per 24 hours?

Is there a list somewhere of usable ATM machines?

What is the max you can withdrawal to the card?

Is there limited amount of withdrawals you can request to the card per month?

Can anyone comment who has used the debit card, ATM cash withdrawal method?

Thanks!

I have another tournament suggestion. I would really like to know what's going on before I enter a tournament. In this case, I'm talking about add-ons and rebuys.

I'm I'm going to play those, it would be nice to know what's going on before I start. Thee should be complete information accessible somewhere on the tournament page. For example:

How much is the buy-in? How much is the add-on?

At what point in the tournament can you get either of those? (I played one tournament and found out that I had too many chips to get both).

How many chips do you get with an add-on? With a rebuy?

EDIT: I agree with the earlier comment about 6-minute blind levels. Turbos are generally 5-minute levels, and to run 6-minute blind levels and call that a regular-speed tournament is really pushing that definition. I noticed that happening in SNGs. I learned my lesson on that one, and now the first thing I check is blind levels, no matter what how the tournament is described.

I care a lot about tournament structure, and when there is prize pool confusion, plus no informationg about AOs or RBs, I'm seem to be flying blind a lot of time, and I don't like it.

Does anyone know what this elite system works out in terms of rb? I cannot see it in my rewards tab as I have RB, or I would try and crunch it out.

For tournament information for initial cost, rebuy and add-on cost, and the chips given for each - you can get it from the main tournament page in the tournament cost section. Once you get to the actual tourney page it is not available.

They were the exact same structure as FTP had and Stars has. There was a lot of thought and player input that went into making the structures exactly how they are. Just because you apparently are not good at them does not mean they are a joke and need to be changed.

Again the sit and go changes that I see are really bad. If you are going to copy Stars with other things then why change your HU stngos which were previously just like Stars had?

+2 Also, how long does it take to get the debit card, and how long does it take from payout to being loaded on the card. Thanks

The next question should be.. how long until the card gets shut down. I've seen this option used a couple times on other sites and the option was gone within 6 months.

I have good news, our winning TD is going to be answering all of these tournament questions in the next 7 days, please watch for his response because I'm here to help alot but commenting on the tournaments structures is not my area. Our tournament director will be online soon to answer all your comments and suggestions.

This happened at PokerStars when they were running regular-speed, turbos, hyperturbos, double or nothing, bounties and various other options, just as your site is. PokerStars started getting a lot of complaints about splitting the player pool into too many pieces, and I see the same thing happening on ACR.

I deposited $50 on your site and I plan to grind my way up the micros and beyond. (I played $10 regular 9-mans on PokerStars.)

I started out playing $1 "final table experience" tournaments on ACR, and as soon as you put in some $3.50 SNGs with a decent structure (10-minute blinds vs. 6 minutes for the FTE tournaments) I jumped on it.

They took a while to fill up, but that was OK, I had other things with me to work on, and I assumed that at the rate you're adding players, they would soon be filling up at a lot more quickly. But as you kept adding games, the SNG player pool became more and more diluted.

As I type this it is 2:11 P.M. Eastern (US) time. I know that a weekday mornning isn't exactly prime time for online poker, but I opened a $3.50 SNG at 11 47 A.M., and I'm still waiting! At one point it was up to 6 players, but they gave up and I'm in the only one at the table after almost 2 1/2 hours. The pool is so fractured that you have not had a single $3.50 regular-speed SNG running for that entire time. Basically you added an option, and killed it a few days later.

I know it's a tough balancing act. You offer more options partly to attract more players. I get that. But I think you've stretched the SNG player pool about as far as it will stretch. I respectfully ask that you slow down your adding of new SNG games or levels until your player pool grows a little more.

After analyzing the sitngoes lobby, note that less than 1% action came from sitngoes $200 or greater and 100% of that came from heads up sitngoes. The new look will help give people the real sitngoes they're looking for , I can ensure you the day that we have $100 6 max and $100 9 max, we will add $200 and $300 sitn goes

Can you explain the Elite program a little more? Is it better then 27% rakeback at every level, or just the top rank?

How does a player switch from rakeback to The Elite program?

Acrep once again can you answer my question or have your tournament director answer it for me you have skipped it once again. Why are regular speed headsup sng players having to pay more rake and being punished. No other site does this please help!!!!@

7.5% rake at HU sngs is terrible when most sites are charging 5% or less depending on the stakes of the game so please look into this asap.
