I used live chat a couple times asking about my debt card. I got generic answers, or, "the person who deals with that has left for the day."
Live chat is helpful for quick 'faq' stuff, but not really helpful w/ account specific stuff, imo.
I'm disappointed. Up until now, acr seemed to be on the ball w/everything. The rep answering questions/concerns, support helping me get $ deposited. But now, they seem to be about par w/ other US sites. ie, 3 weeks for a check, passing the ball to others in regards to cash outs. I've yet to get an email from security about my card, after sending the form ~a week ago.

I think that once you get your debit card account all set up, you are golden. $2500/week and supposedly it just takes 3 days.

I recommmend setting up the debit card immediately.

These guys seem alright.

I hope that report didn't just make my stocks go down .
Disney's business isn't dealing with shareholders. Contact them on wanting to book a trip or even having a complaint about a room, and I bet they take care of you right away.

This is very unusual for ACR, are you sure you are sending your e-mails to the correct address?

Guys the debit card can take a bit. In my experience it has been about 2-3 weeks from applying for the card and actually receiving it. They also give you very little details of how the process is going/whether you have been approved. The only real notification you get is when it is shipped (you should get a tracking number). The card does exist, just takes a little while. Once your receive it, withdrawals are a breeze. It will take a few days to activate the card (they automatically load it with $25 from your account so you don't need to manually withdraw to activate it, just wait) but after that everything is smooth. I've always had my money in two days, three days tops when cashing out via debit card. The fees are up there but all-in-all it's a great hassle-free quick way to cash out.

lol, I can't log in either. I'm glad I checked here to find out it's some kind of maintenance.

I actually uninstalled ACR and reinstalled it then logged a support ticket. I should have just checked here first.

=====

EDIT: I just logged in and things appear to be back to normal, although not many tables going yet.

Right now the elite program is a cluster%*#@, but am looking forward to when it makes more sense.

I'm assuming it's some sort of VIP program?

Nope. It states in the FAQ that Rakeback players can't participate and won't be able to see the Loyalty Program under your Rewards tab, though you can switch if you wanted to. I'm wondering how the benefits compare to rakeback and if it's worth it to switch.

That is correct, it's the VIP / Loyalty program that has been announced a while ago for the first quarter of 2012.

That was a giant publicity stunt to be honest. The .com website was not even being used and bovada is what is servicing US customers right now. Who knows what the future holds.

Received an email this morning that my debit card has been shipped.
