getting a little to the topic, cashout on ACR it has been for me another nightmare. I mean, they always pay and I never had to wait a long time, but last times something incredible happened:
One cashout was cancelled. I was told skrill was not working any more in my country (lies, but I assume it may have been just a problem of communication )and i had to use other option.
I have tried another option and then got another denial by email, reason being "you have to use the same option you used have for your last deposit."
Well, the last deposit had been my made using Neteller (I was playing for a team and being staked) and this was their method. This is understandable, other sites require the same, but the stupid part is: I DID USE NETELLER this time. LOL! And then, I went to talk to them on live chat and they say I can't (I was so pissed with them you can't imagine) use NETELLER!!! wtf !? ahaha!
They advised ECOPAYZ. I like it, I open an account, I request a physical card. After that I have made to withdrawals with no problem. This week a new cashout was denial, reason being "you have to use the same option you used have for your last deposit".
Man, I wanted to slap them.
I was so pissed that I demanded several times for them to call me.
The good part: they did.
While I am waiting for a Neteller card and after the cashout was successful, I have came to some conclusions about acr poker...
Very shady (you can laugh because this is probably not news). The guy was telling me by phone, "we want to help you. We want to do what we can for you to play. And some countries are harder than others. If the system says you can't use skrill now, you have to try another"
They have no clue about what is going on there. They just read the "status" of the system...and it makes me wander if this continuous changing payment process is not some kind of a scheme to go around some laws and/or taxes.
