You can try to reboot and while the system is still loading but your desktop is visible....click on your shortcut to open the poker client.
If that doesn't work, you need to delete all traces of the software. After you delete the software, go to you c: drive and go to the program files. Look for the WPN folder and then delete that. The downside is you lose all your hand histories. You can email
support@americascardroom.eu with 'Hand History' as the subject and ask them to send you your history. Once all traces of the software is gone, go back to their website and download the program and reinstall it. It's a royal pain in the ass, but I know of no other way to get the system to open. I play on 7 skins and some of them are consistent problems, like TruePoker.
