ACR is holding my money hostage. Do not deposit BTC with them.

I deposited around 9k to test out the games, decided I didn't like them after playing some hands of 25/50NL.

I withdraw 4000, everything goes smooth, then when I try to cash out the rest, they say I must play until I pay $1000 of rake.

I think they are doing this because you can't chargeback with BTC so basically they can force you to do whatever they want.

Please release my money, you can't force your customers to play games they don't like

i've been getting the client performing illegal operation error multiple times a day. usually if i don't press "ok" on the prompt i can actually continue playing. but yesterday not only did it freeze completely, even when force closing AC and trying to restart, i wasn't even able to load AC up again and get back in to the hands i was currently playing.

that was literally money lost right there because of some bugs. kind of can't believe it. does ac support know anything about this or how to fix it? do their software devs care at all even? nothing like this happened for the first few weeks i was on the site but now it's just non-stop. reinstalling the software doesn't work and i even reinstalled windows last night, and it's still the same crap.

that didn't help. and AC just crashed on me twice in a row while in the middle of two hands, and wouldn't let me reload the client the second time.

does AC even care about this? literally unplayable. can't continue with this site if this is the case.

the error in OP of thread is not the same as i am experiencing. but i have tried some of the troubleshooting suggestions which unfortunately did not fix the issue.

Are you all aware that fellow players can DDoS anyone that types in chat? This is a pretty big issue if it becomes widely exploited.

Put in a bitcoin withdrawal request last night. Here's to hoping that it goes through in a timely manner.

i've been engaging with support. their last email they sent basically asked me to try installing the software on a different computer to see if it works.

not even joking about that, they really said that.

How long does a skrill withdrawal usually take? Waiting close to 48hours now for <$2k on acr.

What is the deal with the chat filter on here? The words "ridiculous" (also "ridic") are blocked out as expletives?? lol

I'd be supportive of a site that filtered "rediculous" instead.

If this is the wrong thread I apologize. I was trying to deposit on ACR today and was having no luck with a Visa gift card that I'd used before to deposit on another site. So I decided to call the "live help" which is usually a mistake and this time didn't improve my average.
Anyway, after waiting and waiting for 20 minutes with the rep saying 3 minutes he finally came back on and said ".The company had denied the charges and I should call them, try another card or use the card to buy bitcoin and deposit those" soI called the CC company and they told me that my CC showed no access activity, basicly nobody had tried to get any money from it, as we were still on the chat window I asked the guy about that and he finally came back and said that it could be used tomorrow and when I questioned that he finally admitted that it was ACRs system that had locked it down, not the CC.

Can we get rackback and the 100% deposit bonus on a first deposit? The live chat claims I can only get one or the other.

The deposit bonus is paid, minus the rakeback. Iirc, it works out to ~41 percent rakeback while you are clearing a bonus.

My bank returned my recent withdrawl via check. They said their processor was flagged as an online gambling company that issued the check. I emailed the proof to support a few minutes ago. Please expedite this process as I will attempt bitcoin withdrawl. I was advised on discord chat group that I would be able to reach excellent customer service via this board to help further this process along.
