I'm playing t#3557154 for almost half an hour. It's running fine, but the tournament lobby won't open.

It sure would be nice to know when I'm close to the money.

Hi, i got the message "Disconnected from server. Reconnecting.." all day.

I've tried deleting cookies and reinstalling the client. Nothing works. Please assist.

Hey AC, just downloaded your client for Mac and it seems to have problems. No games listed, and some buttons in the interface don't do anything. Is this a common issue?

i had an account on Doyles Room (rarely played there) and i opened a new ACR account just fine

So I started playing on ACR because of all the positive stuff I heard about but so far it has been quite a frustrating experience over there.

During the last 2 days I head 2 disconnects on the part of ACR while beeing involved in big pots, table froze I had to restart software and lost the pots, everything else on my internet worked so I emailed them and said something was wrong on their behalf. Of course they just said it was my ISP which it absolutely wasn't.

But the more strange and most annoying thing that happened was after a software crash, my accumulated rake wasn't counted anymore. My deposit bonus didn't increase my elitepoints and CPs didn't rise, my beast race points didnt accumulate, nothing. So I wrote them an email about it and all they changed was the deposit bonus, they gave me the 52$ deposited bonus I accumulated for that time, but my CPs, RPs(Elite-Status), Beast points till remained the same which is just disgusting since I am working hard to get to colonel this month on NL50(I deposited 3 days ago).

But if that wasn't enough the same **** just happened again and my rake won't be calculated and now I am just waiting for them to answer my emails.

Well, so much for the ACR experience. If somebody from ACR-Support reads this, I would really appreciate if you could get in touch with me and try to fix this problem ASAP and also add all the beast race and elite points to my account which I have accumulated.

It started out as such a nice thing, but now I just want to kick this sofware in the face....(sorry for the vent)...

This happens a lot and has for long time now. Nothing you can do but track your play and report to support. Not sure where you heard positive things. They do always correct the problems according to the terms and conditions. Shouldn't listen to people who benefit from you playing there. Just sayin

Ok..Been playing online for years...like 15. Look at my other posts here..so u know I'm legit. I tried AC for last few months to take advantage of bonuses. Let me tell you...they are the worst scam artist ever. I have all documentation to prove it. I'm not talking about there Algorythms or bad losses. I'm talking about their Financial records and my withdrawl requests. I won a couple grand a few times..made the request to withdraw and never got it. Even though I went through their protocol and was approved...months ago...when I respond to security 'security@americascardroom.eu' they just ignore my emails...I'm not sure if they think I'm that stupid or what...I screen print everything..Transaction log has been modified (by them). I keep winning...I guess too much...It's really unreal. I'm going to dispute it with credit card. I told them to ban me. But they never respond to that either..Only with declining my withdrawals. Accounting/transaction are modified...like I wouldn't notice or something. Then last 3 emails (today) they ask for credentials to verify deposits which were months ago. I sent them all documentation..months ago and was approved... (see ticket #'s and emails below)
They sent me confirmation that I was clear...but still keep sending the email and then never respond to Error. (Yes i checked my Spam folder) I've never seen anything like it. Something is going on there. Here is a few emails:

I am unable to download the client.

Pretty savvy user, but can't figure this one out. The pokermanagement site is completely dead to me.

I get a this web page is not available connection timeout error.

Any one know how to fix this?

In the player notes feature of AC, you can choose from a few icons to represent a player's "classification." If any of you guys use these, how do you use them? What do you interpret these symbols to mean?

My account was suspended for using a VPN. I was using an automatic configuration set to connect to the "fastest connection possible". This resulted in a Canadian IP address, which in turn flagged the account for suspension.

I am working with support to get this fixed now. However, my question is: is using a VPN forbidden on ACR? When my account is reinstated can I continue to use a VPN connection? I use a VPN across the board on my network -- so it would be difficult to disable just for a poker client.

You can rename the symbols to whatever you want them to be. I personally use red for overly aggro/maniac type players. Orange for good regs. Yellow for regs. Green for fish. Blue for nits.

Any ideas/fixes for this? Ive uninstalled and re-installed and the same thing occurs.
