Yeah I agree I mean here's the sad part I've probably deposited and lost a couple gran easily in the last month or so and that may not be a lot but you would think It would be enough for mananagement to say ok we will let you transfer your seat to another player so I can sell it I mean that's not hurting them
At all

It should be up to the player and the player alone what they use their buy in for...stuff like this is what deters people from coming to your site and giving you business.

"It is not possible to unregister from a tournament to which you have been granted access"

Well....let's see....I wasn't "granted accesss." I WON access....big difference....it's not as if I found a Golden Ticket in a Wonka candy bar....I bought in and outplayed other people who bought in, as well, to get access to that tournament...that buy in is now mine to do as I please...

Stop playing God ACR....

Well, they release a statement saying the site was under attack....I think that's a pretty logical reason for wanting a $500 buy in back...as if I even need a reason...I wouldn't on Pokerstars.

Hello,
I'm a European player and basically just heard of ACR for the first time just a couple of minutes ago in context of the 1M tourney.
How legit is the site?
How quick are withdrawals through skrill/neteller? (or other payment options)
Do players have to worry about big cashouts going through?
Anything else to worry about?
Thx a lot in advance, guys.

The site is legitimate....cashouts for Americans are relatively slow in comparison to the speed of EURO friendly sites....it's a good site.

In case you don't get adequate answers here, you might find more relevant info in their subforum. GL if you play the Mil tomorrow.

As far as I know, both PT4 and HM2 work. If you need to be 100% sure, you could ask in the PT4 thread (in the Commercial Software forum).

They did have some issues recently and have been working on it (no idea about the status for play money or if it's different than real money). There's always a possibility online that something could happen and one might estimate the chance of it a little higher given the recent history. Based on the forum posts I've seen, it does seem they've made progress this week and hopefully it goes off smoothly tomorrow. In the event something does happen, they give refunds or some sort of pro-rated payouts depending on the circumstances.

I like the 15 minute levels, it's the 12 levels of late entry I dislike. RE-enter as long as you wish, but for new players to come in that late is absurd. Guess they have to do that to meet guarantees though since traffic is so slow.

I know it's counter-intuitive, but the traffic is slow because of the 15 minute levels...which, causes the late registration period to be extended in order to meet guarantees. People get in late to a tournament with 15 minute levels because they know they can ride a short stack out for much longer under that structure. Sure...it's beneficial for YOU when you get in the position to be one of those short stacks late in the tourney...but it's also beneficial to those late registrants who get in and luck box their way to the final table after buying in 3 hours after the tournament started....

With 12 minute levels and shorter registration...more people are forced to enter the tournament earlier in a shorter amount of time. Which, allows the guarantees to be met earlier. If you put 4 hour late registration on a 12 minute level structure nobody would register after 2-3 hours because it would be a total slot machine at that point.

15 minute levels make it easier for those late registrants to survive. The website is taking the wrong approach to addressing the issue...their solution has been "more late registration time to meet the guarantees." The solution needs to be "less registration time with a slightly faster blind structure."

Agreed, but I do believe it should be every tournament on a week night moved to 12 minute levels....Saturday and Sunday Majors can stay at 15 min levels....

The biggest events on weeknights are still micro-stakes prize pools in comparison to nightly guarantees from the Pokerstars days....
