yep - i was in 1st place with 2 to go in a sng. Sent them an email regarding it - they usually take care of it. I also just won a satty to the $10k -- sure hope site's back up by then.

But then again - the other day it went down in middle of $10k as well. When it came back up I had lost a big hand where I would have been the winner. Oppanent bet and site froze - when it came back up it had given the pot to him. Lost a LOT of chips in that hand. They actually refunded me my buyin because of it though.

On we go...

I've been playing for about 6 weeks and I haven't seen problems like this til they updated the software a few days ago.

Appreciate the reply! I stopped playing for a couple months right before merge went south. Was hearing great things about ACR, hope this isn't a regular thing...

I got better than a refund at least. The sng played out as if I was sitting out and gave me 2nd place. Thought they just go around nuking tables.

Agree that he was probably being rude as even the section of chat he posted was kind of ridiculous on his part. However the site support should always remain professional. If someone is being difficult there are much more professional ways of dealing with it. Customer service 101.

Reminds me of the Capital One commercial... "Customer service, Peggy speaking..."

I completely disagree. Why should anyone no matter what they do take **** from somebody when they are just doing their job? IMO live support always does everything in their power to resolve issues, beyond that they can do no more and it basically boils down to whiny people wanting what they want right now......I was on Carbon for a while post bf and same thing, never had an issue. The customer is not always right, the customers are often *******s.....in most cases you speak to people like that in the real world and you get put in your place real quick at least where I am from and what I do for a living.

you really don't understand why they should act professionally in their interactions with customers? You don't have to take **** from customers to handle yourself professionally.

Nah. Probably has to do with a few bugs in the update. It seems like this happens when ever sites make big updates. I'd say this is the middle of the road for what i've seen as far as bug on updates goes.

The payment history page hasn't posted the payments since 11-28, but they are going into accounts. Just not showing. If you look on the top of the lobby page......

My Account>>Transaction>>

and then select "Deposits" and show the start and end date, it will show the amounts posted to your account. It will say "Yatahay Mass Deposits"... a fancy term for rakeback.

We are paid on the Wednesday following the week-ended period on Sunday.

ACR is ridiculous. they typod the MTCN on my western union cashout. how the **** does that happen? Erick U on live chat is a smartass ****ing piece of ****. They cant even get the pot amount right when betting pot in PLO. These people are ****ing idiots. I put on 100 and cashed out 2500 now Im done. thnaks for the money ACR, now go kill urself u ****ing piece of ****. Had the add on buttong pressed, support admitted I had it pressed and when I didnt get my add on they said it was my interenet connection. these people are scum of the eartrh

And dont get me started on all the superusers. FatBoss is the bigggest superuser Ive ever seen. Called my 4 bet all in preflop with A983 no suited, when he was invested 50 cents. Oh yeah, I had J983 double suited. You tell me if this ****** could see my cards. KirbyPuckett didnt call a river bet in 400 hands of HU PLO. Either raised or folded every hand that got to the river. Absolutely impossible.

These ****ers are crooks and thieves and I hope they all die tonight

2am on Wednesday night. Tournaments registering, etc. I'm in the middle of an SNG, when a message pops up. It explains politely that the server is shutting down immediately for updates. That's it. No word on when it might be back up. Glad I play micro stakes.

Absolute garbage before your site undergoes something like this you might want to forewarn the players. The hand previous to system shutting down I was involved in an $800 all in pot at the 2/4 Omaha 8 pot limit table. I contact the live support about it not appearing in my account balance and tell me to email them bc their system is down. WTF.

I was in a sng as well. Not only that - but I was registered for the $100gtd Mtt... which they took our money for - registered us - sat us at 3am and then boom the message comes up and everything''s gone.

What I can't believe is that they even let us register (especially to the MTT that was to start the same time the SCHEDULED maintenance shut down was to happen)... and also for the SNG's which we were already playing in.

I do remember (a LONG time ago when we could play on stars) that they would have these maintenance shut downs... they would stop SNG and MTT traffic hours before the shut down was to happen. Hmmm not a bad way to do it?! I mentioned that in my email to support that I just sent (asking for my buyins back).

So not only are we dealing with the sudden freezing of the server during the day -- then we deal with scheduled shut downs that they have allowed us to register and start playing tourneys before hand?!

Hard to believe.

According to live chat, the system will be down for at least 3 hours.

You did email support about this didn't you? I would do so right away if I were you. Explaining the hand best you can and the outcome. Good luck!

That's fine - I don't mind the scheduled maintenance. They just really need to let us know ahead of time. For the cash players they need to give them at least 15 minutes (why not more) so they can wrap their game up... And for mtt & sng players they just need to stop registration several hours earlier (for mtts) and an hour or so earlier (for sngs) so the games are complete.

I mean really??? Stars did this all the time and always gave notice (sometimes days in advance and then reminded us over and over as the time approached) - how hard is that?
