Any other rakeback players not able to get into the store? I haven't been able to log into the store for a couple of weeks now.

I can get in and have rakeback. With all the software updates, you may have to reinstall the software... just a thought.

It actually is pretty crazy the things they allow their support people to say. They don't hold them to any kind of professional standards it seems as I have seen some very rude reactions from support people from chats posted by people.

I only signed up to ACR yesterday and cannot for the life of me find hyper SNGs anywhere. I see from a few posts above that they disappeared after a recent update so I'm assuming I'm not just gone mad and there are actually none in the lobby? (SNG filter doesnt include speed either as far as I can see)

Also, is it standard for the PT3 HUD to be all messed up? I played a few DONs last night to figure out the software but my HUD was messing up with the wrong display on each table, the HUD disappearing randomly between hands and just generally being a major annoyance.

Do you guys know how much rake you need to generate per month to make it beneficial to switch from being rakeback to the elite program? Iv'e read most posts about it in here and in the BCP thread. Seen 700/month and 3000/month thrown around. But no one seems to know for a fact and I don't wanna switch and have it be the wrong move, since you can only request the change once. Has anyone actually switched from rakeback to elite yet? I tried asking live support and got treated to some ******ed on the fly responses..

I talked to support and switched from rakeback to the vip program. My bonus and combat points were being deducted from my rakeback so I switched. I'm playing about 150k hands per month .10/25nl thru .50/1nl and it looks like I'll get about $5k a month counting bonuses and the beast.

lol yeah that does suck, I have been on here almost 3 weeks and its been pretty good, aside from the timer/alert issues, and the fact that im running the worst I ever have in my life!

I was in the middle of an sng, about to make the money and this message popped up "this table was removed". Now the cashier has connection issues and I can't click on any tables.
