Well if you can use the f keys for the other buttons then why not for the time bank. It would be really good for the way I set up my tables.

Also for the people that are having trouble with PT3 and PT4, maybe run housekeeping and that will help. I've had a few similar issues but it seems like after I run housekeeping, its fine. I'd run every option available every 30k in hands or so.

Yeah I mean having an F key wouldn't hurt in general. I'm not sure how you set up your tables but in terms of someone playing a lot of tables having the f key hit the time bank button wouldn't actually cause them to not time out. The f key would only work for whatever table you are currently on, so if you are using your time bank on 1 table and you aren't tiling then no new table is going to pop to the front for u to act and you will time out.

freakin great update.

first the software doesn't work anymore at all.
now it freezes every 20 minutes. Sometimes i can't register into sngs.
Yesterday they had a big issue with hypers. because the player that got first into a hu sng had a huge favor because he could steal 1-2 big blinds.
NOW? they just removed all hypers indefinately.

?!? are those guys drunk?

Regarding the hyper turbo SNG's, I can tell you what the problem was because it happened when I was playing them.

If you were the 2nd person to sign up, the software didn't put you at your seat fast enough to play the first few hands. So by the time you were in the game your opponent had already stolen about 10% of your stack in blinds from you.

This only started happening after the update.

The software update has been a failure. Many of us would like to see ACR succeed because their cashouts have been reliable.

Seems reasonable to me that they removed the Hypers for now while the issue is not fixed yet, unless you want to continue playing them when they are buggy?
You expect a level 1 live chat employee to know what the technical problem was / is?

If they were going to make changes, they should have made it where you can choose your own seat like it used to be.

The time bank is bad. When you multi-table, you have no way of knowing when you're running out of time on another table. It was great before because your extra time kicked in automaticaly. Why change a good thing?

I have to agree with you here, even though I think 39suited is not a troll, and a valued contributor to this forum, that was a very defensive and knee-jerk response by him.

I don't need to be a poker software developer and publish my own poker client in order to know that their software ****ing sucks balls. It's awful. And you don't need to be a professional programmer to figure it out. There are dozens of things still wrong with it from when I signed up over a year ago, that people complain about constantly, and when they "fix" something, it usually gets worse, or fixes some tiny issue and creates a larger one.

I really think the "designed by people who never played online poker or watched a poker game in their lives" comment was really spot on. It's full of random flaws and errors that have been hammered out by poker sites years ago, and lacks stuff that is just plain standard, everywhere. It's awful and they really need to get their **** together.

Which is a shame because I really love playing at this site, love their customer service, love the cashouts, and love the fish. But it's really getting to the point where it's straining my brand loyalty.

Logged in, can't sit at a table says I have no money, go to cashier and get some source code message. 4 tables of 5/10 going for the first time in forever and I can't even play

Contacted chat support about the hyper turbo glitch that happened yesterday. All I wanted was my buy-in back. If you were not the first person to register, you basically got screwed out of 100 or so chips. Once you registered, it took about 3 mins to get to your seat. Chat support had the nerve to tell me that wasnt the reason I eventually the lost the tournament. She said 'it looks to me like you went all in with plenty of your stack remaining only to lose to the better hand'. After arguing with her and going over the facts she then tells me I am threatening her. LOL.

WHAT THE ****.

I do not know what to think of this site anymore. I used to think their support team was great, but after the site you pay to play on tells you that you are threatening them over chat OVER an issue on their end that cost me money, I think I might stay away for a while.

Was anyone else able to get their buy in back for the hyper turbo glitch yesterday?

FIX THIS PLEASE.
1. When you enter a SnG, YOU FOLD RIGHT AWAY!!!!
2. When BCP CRASH!, You need to find the SNGs, MTT your were playing and MANUALLY need to press on TAKE YOUR SIT!
3. NO ONLINE LIVE HELP?

BCP has more then 4000 people playing, this should be mandatory!!!

Seems weird that you even have to click a button to take your seat. Should just auto-open like every other tourney.

Also it would be super easy to fix this by simply increasing the break time before the tourney starts.

I was having issues with tourneys freezing two nights ago prior to the update. Was not related to my internet since my opponent and I were both suffering with it.

When I get 10+ tables open the ACR software starts to lag. The ACR software is taking 90% + of my CPU usage, if I use PT3 it lags even more and the longer I play the worse it gets. I eventually have to close the software and restart my laptop. My laptop is 3 years old and no software besides ACR makes it lag. The software will also freeze on me for 30 seconds if I leave a table with PT3 open. If I have to close the software while at tables it is annoying to have to manually find every table I was sitting at. Please fix this pre historic software.

I tried upgrading to IE 9, removing temp files & cookies, deleted ACR, redownloaded & installed.

No luck.

Can't get completely logged in either. Getting "server error" in the space that usually runs there "ads" on the opening page.

Server error in cashier as well.

FREEZING. AGAIN.
