ACR is running a new tournament series next month if you haven't seen yet. Excited for some real guarantee's on this site!

**On another note**

ACR rep, why is rakeback not being tracked any more in the usual spot? It hasn't worked in about a week for me.

When are we supposed to be able to buy into tournaments with points again? Right now they are basically useless unless you have the 25,000 that it requires to buy a $300 bonus. I currently have about 15,000 in my account and can't use them for anything, pretty annoying.
can you send me more information and if possible a screenshot, I will look into this right away.

Doe it usually take 15 business days? After the debit card arrives, how long does it usually take to withdraw money onto that card?
We manage a time frame of 7-15 business days for all cashouts, but with debit cards, once you have it, they're processed from 3-5 business day under normal circumstances.

$1 Million Online Super Series to Hit Americas Cardroom in January

If there was ever any doubt that Americas Cardroom is serious about pleasing tournament players, today's announcement should put those doubts to rest. Just a year after holding its first Online Super Series that featured $150,000 in guaranteed prize money, Americas Cardroom today confirmed that the US-facing online poker site is holding its sophomore OSS from January 13th through 27th, 2013.

The guaranteed prize pool surpasses the $1,000,000 mark—more than six times what was featured in the inaugural series. The 2013 OSS will feature more than 80 events spread out over two weeks. The series will culminate in a $200,000 guaranteed tournament, with $75k, $100k, and $150k tournaments thrown into the mix, too.

The OSS will also include leaderboard competitions with extra prizes on the line for the top performers in the series.

That would help. There was one player last night that was playing just about every table from 100nl up, and he was timing down on almost every hand. It was miserable.

I just hope that all these events in the OSS aren't reenter or R/A. Your team needs to do a better job on denoting the tourney structures and setups please.

The consensus is that if one can reach level 4, that one is better off in the Elite Benefits program as opposed to straight 27% Rakeback. The calculation methods vary based on program as the RB program is weighted contributed and Elite Benefits is dealt method. So to some extent it will vary as to what type of game(s) and stake(s) one plays as to what one's effective % back will be.

Again, this may vary but what is floating around 2+2 is that right around 3k/month in rake is where one should aim before moving to VIP (Elite Benefits) from rakeback.

One more software glitch. I play the button, sit out one hand, don't miss any blinds and still have to "wait for BB" or post. What's up with that?

This wasn't the case until today. They stopped doing it a week or two ago and only just today started again. One of the reps told me the new option to buy in with points was going to be live today and it isn't, so I assume that's why they went back to letting you register through chat again.

I talked with one of your reps regarding my rakeback earlier today after 3 days of not responding and it's been taken care of, thanks though.

As far as buying in with points that wasn't an option again until just this afternoon. You guys had stopped allowing this for a week or two claiming some new feature allowing players to buy in directly with them. I'm glad to see it's back though since no such option has been implemented yet.

Someone else ITT stated there are smaller bonus's than the $300 for 25K points bonus, is this not the case for RB players? Said bonus is my lowest option. For the record, 25K points seems a little high considering if I used all those points for tournament entries it'd only take 18k to reach $300. Do you really need to charge another 7k just because it's cash? Seems a bit absurd.

There really needs to be a stricter time back penalty.
Yeah definitely agree. They actually give a lot less time on this site than they do on say pokerstars but if people are constantly slowing down tables they should have to play less tables. I definitely have trouble every once and awhile but it is usually because I am responding to someone on aim or the software freezes up. The F1,F2,F3 hot keys make it a lot easier to play fast on this site. GOG and mamacoolj just play way too many tables chasing the beast that they can't handle it without timing down really far.

I think as long as it isn't in someone else's name is what they meant. I assume your talking about a Vanilla Visa type card? I used one to fund my account the first time and still got my bonus.

It's been posted at some point ITT not too far back. If there is no way you're getting to that number do you really need to see one though?

Unless you earn around 7,500 VIP points a month you are better off with rakeback. It doesn't start to lean towards VIP until you get to the 4th tier of the program. The tiers are listed on ACR's website.

I thought he meant $3k rake MGR, I guess he meant points? Ill hit 3k points for sure, but no way will I get to 7500, so perhaps I should start looking into getting on the rakeback?
