Anyone familiar with the promotion levels? Is there any sort of rakeback? I could not seem to find the answer to this on their site, all i saw was like a monthly bonus and a bunch of other junk for each level...

Anyone having issues losing sound all together on all tables? I had 4 tourneys up earlier and continually lost all sounds on all of them when I know my speakers are good as I can listen to music. ffs its bad enough not having pop to front or tables make any sound at all when its your turn to act let alone playing in silence.....

Because saying it is "rigged" would be saying that it is "rigged" in favor of a particular person(s). Saying that there is on average quads and cooler type hands far more than I've ever seen is an observation. Maybe I'm going through the part of my hands sample where you see quads 5+ times a day.....

I put in = volume on all the US facing sites and over the same number of hands the amount of quads and cooler frequency is much, much higher. Not saying it's rigged, but it seems abnormally high.... The RNG is the same for everyone though so it really doesn't make much of a difference.

Agree, it's not even my variance I'm questioning lol. It's usually other people in the hands. It'll be interesting to see what the HH database shows in a year. I like BBJ's (if I'm forced to play them), so bring on quads for everyone!

please shorten the time bank. These beast grinders playing every table and timing down every hand are making this site almost unplayable. Tonight has been the worst I have seen.

Games definitely have gotten worse since the invention of the beast. They aren't going to get rid of it though as it benefits them a lot to have it.

**On another note**

ACR rep, why is rakeback not being tracked any more in the usual spot? It hasn't worked in about a week for me.

When are we supposed to be able to buy into tournaments with points again? Right now they are basically useless unless you have the 25,000 that it requires to buy a $300 bonus. I currently have about 15,000 in my account and can't use them for anything, pretty annoying.

How about a better MTT scedule. Everything I see is rebuy or reenter for the first 120m. This makes no sense for small buy in events where the money is not worth the time. You all need more freezeouts and R/A for only first hour. Please fix your MTTs.

Mine hasn't worked either for two weeks. No tracking and it didn't post the rakeback for last period. It got credited, but it doesn't show on the rakeback page.

I know you play many tables at once, but you rarely, if ever, take a lot of time to make your rounds. What is the deal with guys like Gift of Gab? Zero fancy in his game, but he always nearly times out. It is just a few players, but since they are at every table it is a pretty sad state of affairs.

There really needs to be a stricter time back penalty.
