Again, not a very informative post, since in fact True was owned by completely different owners who were busy burying the brand deep in the backyard of worthless poker sites. The new ownership of ACR/True has shown every intention of putting their money up for value-filed promotions, and some software changes to the below-average product they were dealt. I would say people have a right to be somewhat optimistic that something positive may be coming forward at some point. Coding Poker Programming is a pretty tough business.

So with BCP's switch to the WPN, I figured I'd sign up for ACR. Keep my 35%RB on BCP, and have a VIP account set up on ACR. This way I can switch back and forth if I wanted depending on the amount of time I could put in.

So I tried to deposit on ACR, and wanted to take advantage of the 100% bonus up to $1000. Great let's try Visa for $950. Transaction stalled and screen told me to call support. I did and first time depositors can't deposit more than $249.00 with CC. I asked how to take advantage of this bonus and they told me to try a voucher.

Does anyone know if a way to use CC to deposit more. Can I verify first by sending in forms, license, utility bill, CC scan, etc?

Has everyone has positive experiences with the voucher?

Can anyone confirm that the rake for HU SNG (especially Turbo and Hypers) has been lowered? Played a few today and the fees were lower than I remembered.

I'm not sure if the husng rake has been lowered. There is no $1.5 level now. The rake for turbos at that level was 6%. Now the lowest turbo is 2.20+0.16 which is a 7% rake

Except for the fact that you can transfer between YOUR account on Stars and FTP, not send to a random person. ACR and True are different skins. If they did't want to be different skins they wouldn't be. Being able to send players on other skins money defeats the whole purpose of having skins. Do you think they would let you take money off of their site to send to another site so they can benefit from the rake? No, they wouldn't. I wasn't being a di ck, but if you ask stupid questions you get stupid answers.

I was wondering the same thing. I asked live chat and they had no idea it was even supposed to be available. After basically calling me a moron and being rude I linked them to this thread and I got the cool response of "Oh, well, they didn't inform us."

I'd suggest getting a competent live chat. Sure, they are quick to respond and help w/ the most minor of things, but any time I've had a real question or problem there is nothing they can do about it.
