Maybe put some kind of marker near the table name in the lobby to show you are currently seated at said table. Also, I'm assuming you can change the table background color as you currently can? It all looks nice but would like to choose a different color felt if possible. Aside from these suggestions, a better and more advanced filter would be nice with features including selecting exact stakes to show (not just low, medium, high) and the ability to filter Cap and Short games. Also, it'd be nice to be able to hide/show 6 max tables, full ring or both.

Nice! Good feedback, I'll pass this is on.. Cheers!

Anyone having issues getting into SNG's right now? I keep getting a "Please Wait... Taking you to a tournament" message that ultimately results in NOTHING.

Once you reach a certain level do you have to achieve the numbers monthly? Or is it an average over 3 months, 6 months, etc? I'm trying to determine if I should switch to VIP or not. This month I would have more than qualified for level 4, but some months I won't come close.

Thanks for letting me know about the software upgrade. When can we expect to see a real MTT schedule? I was thinking maybe you guys could start an official thread where we can suggest structures, times, formats, lobby functions, etc, etc JUST for MTT play. As it stands right now I can only get about 20 MTT's in a week because the schedule is beyond horrible.

"The qualifying period for The Beast competition runs from the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 ET to the last day of the same calendar month at 23:59 ET."

From their website.

Is there a rough ETA on the new software release? Will it be after the 1st of the year?

When the software update is done, will there be some kind of list posted of what has been changed/enhanced/fixed?

HEM is working on a major update of their software. Once that is done, WPN will be the next site/skin that they add. There is no time frame.

WPN will have to change some things to make it work, at least for tournament players. Currently tournament summaries don't have much information, for examnple, they don't include finish position and number of players. It's basically BI, tournament number, and for how much you cashed. Making this complete is on WPNs list.

However, when I asked about writing tournament histories to disk and as they do with hand histories, so that we can have results and make those pretty graphs, I was told that that would have to be looked into.

ACR has been talking about new software for AGES. HEM staff has been talking about WPN support for AGES. I would be absolutely shocked if either of these are introduced within 6 months, so don't hold your breath that it's magically a month or two away. Just giving you guys fair warning...

So what tracking software are people using to record hand histories?

I've heard that PT4 (maybe PT3 as well?) is working on WPN. So unless HEM makes the changes soon, I'm guessing a lot of the regs from BCP that use HEM will be switching to PT.

[QUOTE=ACR Rep;34746794]At this time we are discussing adding Avatars. We thank you for your input. We are also adding the $20 Turbo 6-max today. Not sure why this wasn’t there, but it should have been. We are working on adding some aggressive Tournament Leaderboards that we feel will increase SNG traffic.

Is this still going to happen?

Why bother posting this?
Why should your "fair warning" be given any credence?
Are you an ACR "Deepthroat"? You are a man on the inside?

I'll take the under of 4 months. (wishful thinking, w/ minimal reasoning to base this, but I do have some)

No need to be an ass about it, I'm trying to help by saving people some serious grief, putting all their play in at a site when they think new software is only weeks away (which is the impression I think many people unfamiliar with WPN are getting, judging by the threads). Let's not forget that the current software was years coming. I used to play on True back in like 2009, and anyone else that played there at that time surely remembers what a joke it was. People in chat would even say they were told it's coming "soon". And it arrived, what, 2-3 years later?

PokerTracker already works on ACR. HEM is full of it lately and shows it doesn't care about US Players. It has been saying forever it will someday support ACR when it gets around to it. It is busy pushing bloated, bug-filled HEM2 to the Europeans (it now will measure your pulse but cant work on some major poker sites)

In fact the "new" software was released 3-4 months after Doyles switched to Yatahay. And that didn't have much to do with Yatahay
