Thinking about throwing a couple bucks on ACR just to play some micro stakes. How hard is it to deposit/withdraw? What is the traffic like at the micro levels?

Am I incorrect in believing it is because most casual players also retain misconceptions about UIGEA and believe playing poker online is illegal, and do not understand that the difficulties lie within the transfer of funds?

So i don't see anything that says we get charged for more than one check. Are they free no matter how many you request? I also don't see anywhere to look up pending withdrawals, or to cancel a check. Can someone fill me in?

So you would rather wait 2 more months for your money so you can have preferred seating?

Actually that is just one of many problems with ACR's software. I am in the same boat as other players that the horrible software keeps me from playing more on the site. The MTT schedule doesn't help either for me, but it is mostly the software.

Getting fast withdrawals is nice, but that isn't the only thing people take into account when picking a site to play on. Why else would Lock have so much traffic?

Any chance of adding some leaderboard promotion for sit and gos? Games have been running a lot more lately and its a bit frustrating not be appreciated as much as cash game players.
Would still be nice to have some higher buy-ins offered and for antes to be removed too. Thanks

This obviously didn't happen. Is it still planned to happen soon?

I did a teaser and I had houston +11.5. I see the final score some places at 92 and on the sports book it says 89 for houston which makes me lose.

this is odd. lol nvm, they gave me the win.

how much is the cash out limit per week for usa players?

2.5k a week, through the debit card.

With checks you can theoretically do 3k a week, but only 1 check per month is free. After that its $65 a pop.

the limit is zero dollars apparently.

i requested a new debit card after mine expired ... i received it and could not even activate the card due to the fact that there is a problem with the seven-capital bank and they refuse to respond to any customer questions. i spoke to the guy on skype IM one time. he was of no help, saying that things would improve in a day to get me off his back. this was 3 days ago and now he won't respond to my messages. no one at seven-capital will respond to my e-mails either.

so then i e-mailed ACR and asked them what i should do since seven-capital would not respond and therefore i would not be able to withdraw. obviously ACR also chooses to not respond at all to my e-mails.

a few days later i send another e-mail to ACR asking why the e-check withdrawal feature is not working in my cashier and why i am not able to withdraw any funds at all. to this, of course, there was no reply as well.

most pathetic customer service for american players.... the weird thing is, they were far and away the very best customer service right up until doyle's room sold it.

i tried to transfer funds to a friend who needed it to get into action. the funds transfer was not allowed from my account and obviously i have not heard anything from support about this problem either.

i have all this money on there that i have no way of getting off which appears to me at this point to be completely worthless.

this is how they treat winning players at ACR. be cautious of putting your money on this site.

I play cash a decent amount here, and while I'm sure the software could be more user friendly, what are the exact issues that so many seem to have that compels to rate it as horrible?

I believe its the MTT/SNG players that are having the most issues: non synced breaks, poor structure, etc etc

As an MTT player, the synchronize breaks, I don't want to be playing poker 18hrs straight with no breaks. That's brutal.

Lack of SNG traffic.
Unreasonable rake on the hyper-turbo SNGs.
Software.

Perhaps no one wants to help you because they can tell that you are the type of person who posts bank names on the internet, in public forums, to the detriment of every other online US poker player?

I'd be happy to buy your ACR funds, I need to reload my account. PM me if you're interested

This has probably been mentioned a million times ITT before, but can you really not view your opponent's mucked cards on this site?

Is this real life? Who can take this site seriously if you can't even see how your opponent plays certain hands?

This needs to be changed IMO, the site is awful on the eyes as it is.

What is the rake structure like on ACR? The website says at stakes up to 2/4 they only take 1%. Is that true?

I've checked the FAQ's and browsed the site and can't find how you earn tournament points for use in buying into other tournaments. I understand I can't use Combat points since I get rakeback. Thanks for any enlightenment.
