GG ACR. Way to follow Lock's dumb lead right as people were thinking about your room.

I'd assume those limits can be easily increased by request via the support.

Any system issues going on?
Are you using a prepaid visa?
If so, Prepaid visas do not allow international payments. Which means, no visa voucher.

Talked to ACR rep about limits...couple of interesting tidbits.

-- ACR does not encourage "outside of ACR trading of funds" - hence why the transfer limits are low. The rep said that "transferring small amounts to friends" is one thing, but they don't seem too friendly towards something like the P2P thread here on 2+2. Not much they can do about it...other than keeping their limits low.

-- The limits I have ($250/$500/$1000 - both send and receive) are apparently across the board for any player who hasn't played more than three months on ACR. The rep said that I could discuss the matter with him once I've been playing for three months, and they will "look into it".

-- He also said that WU withdrawal times are currently 3-4 business days - and that's from initial request to MTCN # in hand. I congratulated him on that, and look forward to engaging in that procedure should I stop sucking so bad on ACR...lol.

-- He also wanted to stress to me the transfer limits were in no way related to withdrawal options - and with their current times, I guess there is little reason to trade ACR funds anyway.

All in all, another pleasant convo with the ACR rep.

I don't understand why ACR or other rooms think this way. From my simple-minded view, when people swap funds via forum trade (whether it be 2p2, poketfives, or any other method) the $ being transferred is going to be used to generate rake, lose in casino, or bet on sports when otherwise it would be withdrawn from site to most likely never be seen again. It also decreases pressure on US facing processors. #dontreallygetit

Yep - it's the fact it's out of their hands, I think, and that it's being done through their software that kind of gets them somewhat weary. I mean, being called "America's Cardroom" is enough to warrant the wrong kind of attention in this ridiculous climate we're in these days.

Anyways - their support has always been quick, right on the money, and they easily have the best (or close to it) return times on cashouts. Even though Lock money is easy to get these days through P2P, having cashed out my last real chunk from Lock, I think I'll settle in with ACR for a bit. The cash tables are pretty solid, and I don't mind a little extra rake for a BBJ. Who knows..maybe I'll get lucky...haha. Plus their 10k nightly tourney structure, to me anyway, is second to none.

Is there a way to get a tournament history which shows things like number of players and finish position? When I go to My Account/Transactions?Tournaments I can't see anything like that.

Not sure if I should be worried about this yet.

Withdrawal request: September 24th

Withdrawal approved: September 25th

Check received: N/A (as of October 26th)

It's only about three or four business days over the "estimated time of delivery", but on the other hand, all my previous 8 (I think) cashouts arrived in between 7 and 10 days.

Anyone else having a similar problem?

I am having the same problem. I asked for my check on around the same time and still no check. I have been told several times that it should be here but its not. I am starting to grow concern too.

They did send me an email saying that I could pay them $250 to put a stop on the check and have a new one sent!

If true, that is completely unacceptable IMO.

ACR debit card cash out report #3

Okay just a follow up to my ACR debit card post from last week - It's still a no go. I have a new card with an expiration date in 2014. I've made a cash out request for the same money 4 times in the last two weeks with the same result.....processing for a couple of days then declined. All the funds get put back into my poker account. I've talked with them twice through live chat, cleared things up with card # etc and was told things would be taken care of and not to worry. But it keeps having the same result. It never even gets to the card company...I've checked with them too. It's on ACR's side. I'm an American living in the USA and I've only posted good stuff about ACR until this cash out. I'm having bad feelings about this site now. The rep on 2+2 is hardly here anymor...I get the run around from live chat support...and others are having probs with their cash outs too. I may wait for the Nevada sites now. Don't want to play on another sinking ship. : (

This is getting scary. I'm doing some bankroll building so I can play decent games, so I haven't cashed out yet. I'm starting to have second thoughts about how much I should have on the site.

I don't get this debit card business they have going on. However, WU timeframe for withdrawal according to them is 3-4 business days, so you should have no worry about your funds on ACR. I'd be weary of the debit card thing anyhow.

I emailed ACR the other day because I was getting ready to make my first deposit with them and have not received a reply. Now, I came to 2+2 to ask for opinions and see the last few comments.

Maybe ACR is just not a good bet?

Sorry, there like 272+pages. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Yea things seem iffy at he moment...ACR rep is no where to be found and people seem to be experiencing delays for cashouts which was supposed to make this site so great....

Yeah but the limits on withdrawal for WU are too small for anyone playing midstakes+

FWIW I've never had any problems with the debit card, been chain withdrawing every week for the past few months and it's gone perfectly.

Also Moneybookers works great, if non US

My debit card has been working fine as well and the one check I did request came in the mail within two weeks. Nothing is wrong with ACR, every site has their few problems.

I agree - I just wish there was more P2P action with ACR. Doesn't seem to be too many folks looking to part with ACR dough on the P2P thread.

I wouldn't either, ACR dough is the easiest to withdraw which is all I care about.

Go to financial history and it should be an option on the left hand side of the screen.

i have been cashing out with the debit card almost every week. did 800$ last wednesday night at 11pm for 800$ and it was on my card thursday at 3pm. not all of my withdrawals to the debit card are that fast but its usually no more than 48 hours maximum from the time i request it. and it is not unusual to see one go through within 24 hours. seems to be working great for me. after you use it for the 1st time u will be good to go im assuming.
