I'm curious what % of PT4 users bought the it solely because Winning does not support HEM. I'm in this category, use PT4 for nothing else than this site

Me. I run HEM and PT at the same time just for acr. Actually just ordered a new computer cause mine couldn't handle it anymore

Please explain to me why I should believe this site is not fake!!!!! 3 straight tourneys, I get Q/Q K/K & A/A hole cards. Each time I flopped a set, each time a river card makes straight & I go out 1 before the payout each time!!!! And, each time it was to the eventual winner!!!! People stay away from this site!!!!! I contacted my old Professor from college & the odds of this is Billions to 1 . Only possible way is for it to be rigged.

I go way back to PT2, PT3 was clunky went to HEM. Sites close to USA players so tryed PT3 again not bad . ACR just about only room to play on.
Did PT4 upgrade. I did read Its not HEM problem they said they were waiting for reply from ACR that was mid summer.

Usually around now (noon Los Angeles time) - but varies. Sometimes as late as 7pm(ish) west coast time.

Same story here. The next monthly maintenance fee is going to have my balance in the negative. Pretty frustrating when I've done all I can do but they just aren't coming through. Hopefully the ACR rep shows up soon.

Speaking of, not sure if this is off-topic or not, but can't seem to find out why I can't track my ACR stats on Sharkscope. Maybe I need to broaden my horizons, but it seems Sharkscope doesn't track ACR...or am I missing something? I confess to sounding newbish...apologies to the interwebs peeps.

The Winning Poker Network of which ACR is a skin is not tracked on Sharkscope.

Well you can track them via PokerTracker 3/4, but that requires an initial investment for the software.

I probably don't play enough really to invest in software to track it...just interesting to see the numbers and such. The ACR software was financial tracking anyhow. Perhaps if (when...haha) I start playing more, it might be a good idea.

Onto another subject - just spoke to "Luis", a rep with ACR through their live chat function. Player transfers take 24 hours, but are usually processed within 1-2 hours. Having played on Lock only since Black Friday, is this common? Lock did it within a few minutes.

Also asked him about syncing breaks (saw someone talking about this previously), as I'm about to play 2 MTTs within an hour start and the breaks will fall at differing times (odd). Apparently that is something they have received complaints about ad naseum, as he said that management was looking into making this happen.

I did three ACR p2p transfers before and they all went through within 30 minutes, about the same timeframe as Lock.
