Anyone here make regular deposits via WU?
Made my first deposit this way and it seemed sorta weird.
Would like to make another small depsoit this weekend, my only other option would be a Visa GC, but not sure if anyone of them work.

Also, I emailed about rakeback, and never got any replies. ANyone else have this problem?

I made my initial deposit with Western Union. I deposited a grand, it wound up costing $1,058, and ACR covered the fees (in other words, I had $1,058 in my account when the money went in). I believe if you deposit more than $300 they cover the fees for initial deposits (but not withdrawals, which is why I withdraw by check). I have not deposited since then (extremely mild brag) so I don't know what their policy is to covering fees on re-deposits.

If by "weird" you mean "I have to send the money to a random person with a crazy name in the middle of nowhere", the answer is, yes, but that's the way it is with online poker in the US right now. I have no reason to suspect they're going to use this process to steal my money though, as ACR has been very forthright and awesome with customer service and resolving whatever mild disputes I have had. They are just forced to navigate roadblocks with regard to putting money on the site and sending it back out, due to things out of their control.

And your description of weird is spot on lol. I just guess it seemed weird as WU has some pretty strict policies as far as sending money goes and didtmmnownof the way we were sending money and or to whom could result in anything negative or not.

As far as t rakeback I finally did get an email saying to check my rewards. But as far as $ being deposited for it I have not seen any. Maybe I have not earned enough?

Could ACR Rep please address the annoyingly frequent and frustrating site crashes? They are so common that I now only play when I feel like I can handle the seemingly-inevitable crash. Freezing people out of tournaments then randomly restarting them later after many players have "given up" is pretty messed up IMO. We would like to know what's going on and what steps are being taken to remedy the problem. Thanks in advance!

I have a Visa prepaid card. When I tried to deposit it says it has been processed but in order for it to be funded to my account I must call a number. I called it and they told me to VISA Voucher. When I signed up for Visa voucher they told me my card was "restricted" and i cant get verifed on their site to get a vouch or whatever.

Can anyone please help me?

Shortest was around nine days. Longest was a bit over three weeks. I personally use the debit card option now.

Best way to get your cash out of the debit card? Just withdraw from ATM and get hit with a $3 dollar fee? And if you havea couple grand just slowly withdraw?

I was also surprised when I first got the debit card, I called the 800 # to get my balanced after activating, and it took a dollar out of my balance..thats ridiculous!

That number that is left to call never gets me anywhere either. I don't know why this is but when I call the number shown in the Cashier-Deposit lobby instead, they can get my card to work every time. The number is 1-888-878-1350. Try them.

The only other thing that comes to mind is that if your prepaid card is brand new it may just be the temporary card that you got from the store you bought it at. You need the real card that will come in the mail (after you register it of course) in about a week. For some reason the temporary cards are not authorized to make international purchases where the permanent cards are.

The last time I deposited though the Visa Voucher wasn't an option so there may be some new restrictions in place I'm not aware of. Best thing is to call the number left in the Cashier for deposit help. That other number you get after trying to deposit always led me to less "able" representatives.

just FYI I ordered my card on 9/22 and recieved it 10/5 not bad now time to activate it!
