I tried using their support chatbot on another matter and that was a lol exercise in futility. A real human never showed up on request either.

I'm totally with y'all. I wish there was a way to revert back to the old version when it comes to the tournament lobby. I can't even get the tournament lobby to pull up at the moment. Anyone else having issues?

it would be really nice if even the WPN rooms had a guy who answers questions in this thread.
as on the 888 thread, there is a representative who answers and helps players who have problems or simple questions every day.

often they are questions that have a simple answer instead of waiting days for an email

yes I know it was there years ago, it would be nice if it came back.

something really alarming happened logging in yesterday, i have 2fa applied and it just bypassed it, when i was logged in it was deactivated, obviously i am the only person who has access because of 2fa, i couldnt get it activated again, took around 9 hours or so for it to work again and reactivate, kind of scary tbh for anyone holding a decent amount on the site.

I actually enabled 2FA yesterday and can't manage to log-in. I enter my password and the 6 digit code correctly but get stuck on the homepage ... Potentially having 2FA issues currently?

I think they should improve their support service.
unfortunately it is really slow. It is normal to receive an answer after 20 hours.
I also play on other rooms and either they have the 24/7 live chat service or they reply via email, I'm not saying after 2 minutes, but generally you get an answer after 2 hours max.

I played for the first time last night on the upgraded software. I kind of like it haha. I play MTTs, and while the new lobby is probably worse than the old lobby, I got used to it and kind of liked the ability to view it by sections. I do like the way the tournaments are ordered in the client lobby. For instance, I like I can hide day 2 flights I'm not interested in playing.

I also like that the tournaments I'm playing jump to the top rather than being mixed into other tournaments. Although, there were a few times it glitched and showed me playing tournaments I wasn't actually playing. But then it refreshed and adjusted back correctly.

Agreed. I don't mind the new lobby astatically, but the changes to the cash games have killed off a ton of PLO action, especially during non-peak hours. During peak hours, it's not as much of a problem getting games going. But during off peak hours, it's nearly impossible to get more than a couple games due to the new one open sit table max per player restriction.
