Is there a way to get the SNG lobby to stay with buyins appearing in order? I feel like I have to refilter them every time I login. The filter stays but the buyins just get mixed every single time.

I'm assuming this is an issue on my end but any help? I've also haven't been able to login to Bovada.

Regardless of any bugs this new acr client has major design / usability flaws.

Huge main lobby:
The window of the main lobby is soo big now, that If you don't have the possibility to put it on a separate screen it quickly gets in the way with the tables.

Tiny mtt lobbies / filters:
Navigation of tournament lobbies and filters is very cumbersome as every bit of info is hidden away in their own tiny dropdown segment.


The irony is the main window had to be bloated to accommodate the integration of mtt lobbies, filters and waitlists which they in turn had to be dwarfed to squeeze them in. Textbook lose-lose situation really.

does anyone know the sit and crush rules? Specifically can you play on 2 different skins in the same week and collect 2 prizes?

Please bring back the old tournament lobby in separate window.
The new tournament lobby has the following issues:
- no autorefresh, has to be closed and reopened to refresh
- tournament lobby window can't be moved, snaps back to table after few seconds

When I clicked the "eye" icon in the tournament lobby, it removed the all the flights of each tournament from showing. I received a message saying to click the eye icon on Day2s but I cant seem to find that icon. Can anyone help

with this new update they have introduced the balance in the upper right, basically like gg poker.
unfortunately there is no synchronization between the balance at the top right and that of the cashier.

let's say a player has $1000. the top right balance will show $1000 and even if it enters the cashier. the player sits at a table with $200, the top right and cashier will show $800. the player after a while gets up from the table with $220. the balance in the upper right corner will still show $800 and if you enter the cashier it will show not immediately after a little while $1020. And finally after a few more seconds $1020 also at the top to the right

the idea is to copy gg poker and I think it's a great idea, only that gg poker as soon as you leave a table the balance is refreshed immediately.
here at WPN rooms unfortunately it doesn't work immediately and it's very frustrating not to see immediately the exact money in the top right balance. you don't see them and you start thinking "what happened etc"

among other things, the balance at the top right doesn't have the refresh option, like in gg poker.

please fix it exactly.
if you can't, remove it.

Someone told me a while ago having pt4 running while you update can cause that error

Why do i keep getting sat at 80BB tables and how do i stop it. I have my filter set to standard NL. I only want to play 100xbb tables but i join a waiting list im forced to close table after table until i get lucky and get a 100xbb table

You have to use their ‘unins000’ program that’s in the files then reinstall acr. I’ve had this problem and this is what fixed it

It’s probably fine. You probably answered incorrectly like I did the first time and nothing happened. It gave a board where a card made a straight flush and it asked for highest ranked card so if you do it quickly while multi tabling you prob didn’t read the question

That was exactly what happened, though it was a challenge or something

standard seems to be 80bb at ACR. i thought standard was 100bb

So how do I make it so I only get 100xbb tables

So do the cash waitlists just not work at all or is it just me?

My main wish is that they would restore being able to waitlist a individual table. Not sure why that was removed. I only ever play 1 or 2 tables but my MO has always been to sit 4 or 5 accept the first couple I get sat at and deny the rest. Or at the very least make it so players can waitlist only 100xbb tables. This having to close 5 80xbb tables in a row to get 1 100xbb table is some str8 up bs

It took me a while to figure it out because the design is quite bad. In the waiting list window, below the purple box that says "Waiting List," there is an icon that looks like a page. You click that and select the game you want to join the waiting list for. Then you click the giant green "join waiting list" button.

Seriously, what GUI expert said that users what to click different menus and scroll up and down rather than have all the info displayed in front of them in a convenient manner. This is truly my first complaint about the platform ever...
