I was one of the first to say how bad this software was when it was released a few years back. People here told me they had no issues and it must be my PC, internet/wifi, or not being wired to my modem. I knew when the tourney lobby and cashier took forever to load or sometimes wouldn't load at all it was complete trash... all before playing a single hand. I also said it will never improve because morons run this company. Here we are...... nothing has changed

after 3 days, today the situation is back to normal.
take few sec to show the lobby, few sec to show the cashier and if you log out client disappear immediately

Looks like they finally fixed the lagging crap. Acr at least is quite proactive and fixes issues quite fast. the software is smooth 98% of the time for me.

after the yesterday update, client run more fast than the last few weeks.
you can see the lobby almost immidiately after you log in.
and when you log out the client disapper immediately.

but...the cashier it take almost 40+ sec to open.
it stay white and then after more than 40 sec it show everything.

After playing tourneys on this site for a couple of months I can say a few things to minimise the discon spinning disc thing

1) Always keep lobby minimised. Having the lobby up on screen will cause those discons much more
2) Only reg new tourneys during the 5min break. Then it's smoother and quicker and won't cause discon. If you try doing it whilst playing you are asking for trouble ��
3) If you do get the spinning disc thing then don't close table or anything, except if the popup comes up and you have to click "ok" then you have to do that. Apart from that just leave it and it will reconnect, sometimes you still get to play the hand. Other times, if you are unlucky, it will fold you out and then reconnect you in time for the next hand

does ACR have an equity cashout because it sure looks like that's what happened

you had 28% EV and were awarded 28% of the pot before it was even finished getting dealt out

if they have that feature then you probably clicked it by accident - which wouldn't show on the hand history replayer

if they don't you have a clear case, but if they did then it'll be tough to argue that you didn't click it, if you're certain about that i'd dm nanonoko (if he's still in charge of security there)

but as you can see it was chopped up by EV before the flop was even dealt

I currently have a temporary paper drivers license as I had to renew my DL and it takes my state up to 21 days to mail me the new "hard" version of the identification. I uploaded that to my account but it is not being accepted and I need to get this taken care of so I can move some funds off of my account. Thanks in advance for any advice or referrals to someone who can help. I've already emailed support but haven't heard anything back in about 2 days now.

The temp license being paper is being rejected because it is a major document that is easy to forge by being on paper. Nothing you can do but wait it out. Can you transfer funds to a friend?

Yeah I uploaded my old ID which was like 2 days expired, but for some reason that isn't sufficient to prove who I say I am for whatever ****ing reason. Nevermind that both that ID, the paper ID, the mail I uploaded for proof of address and all the photos all say the exact same ****.

Lmao temporary driver licence and expired id. My answer was not worthless i just told u how it is. Noone can help u, they have already decided that ur docs are not enough. You have to wait untill that new id arrives and thats it.
