Had KK utg opened and was facing a 3-bet...

Client closed and now all I see is source code and a quarter of the lobby. What about my chips that were in the pot ????

Besides Sunday's are there any other days where the play is softer? Should I just stay away from weekdays? I play in the 20-200 buy in range.

I played $22 DoubleDeuce 100k Gtd (id: 28465897) final day 2 on Sunday October 20. There were 521 players in the final day and they paid out only $99240 according to SharkScope. According to my ACR financial history they didn't issue any additional refunds for players.

I contacted their support and they initially told me that only $99192.5 was paid out to 521 players in final day 2. Then I confronted them that guarantee was 100k but they weren't able to tell me what happened with the rest of the money guaranteed. Later in the communication they told me that full $100k was paid out to players and that the tournament was fully credited and their decision to not refund is final. They didn't explain SharkScope and their own discrepancy.

Finally uninstalled this trash site for good and let me tell ya.....it felt GREAT!

On ACR, Constantly "You have been disconnected (-117)"

I have restarted the computer, changed computers I'm using and it still comes up before almost every hand is finished being dealt.

I don’t have the answer to this but I had the same issues earlier today and was wondering if it was just me or if others was having it to… but usually when I pressed ok I didn’t miss anything. For the past couple of hours it’s been going smooth without that pop up
