I've emailed acr support, wpn support, offered people on forums money to help me, and tweeted the ceo, and still can't get any help
did you wrote to their FB page?
I read some comments/request under one of their post...is you?
at the end they helped you to solve your problem?

I have a fb profile whichI use only to look pages, friends etc....wondering if in FB are more fast and efficient than via email.

Wpn support is absolutely awful. Half the time I try to contact them they have literally no clue how to solve the issues. And the issues are not incredibly difficult

Because these geniuses at WPN decided that.

I don't have the WPN software currently on my computer, therefore this is just from memory. Not only is the Blitz max higher, but so is the minimum?

If I remember correctly, they were having complaints and problems with some players "short" stacking or more accurately "medium" stacking and then rat-holing if their stack increased only to re-enter the Blitz pool with the minimum buy-in again. Therefore, they increased the minimum buy-in and also increased the maximum buy-in.

They crapped their pants and missed an excellent opportunity to usher in a new era of poker. What they should have done is make the minimum and maximum buy-in 100bb.

It is a phenomenon that goes all the way back to the original fast fold poker game Rush Poker on Full Tilt Poker. And this phenomenon has been seen on every poker site with fast fold poker from PokerStars to Bodog. It wasn't designed into the system, but pool poker seems to work best when every other stake is skipped. Bodog has gone so far as to remove several stakes.

Simply put, it takes a great deal of players to get every stake running and when there aren't a great deal of players, then just by natural selection, players will herd into a few stakes. And it circles back onto itself in that the stakes that are running will continue to be the stakes that are running and the ones that are not running will continue to not run. And then favorite stakes get established and even if you closed the poker site down for a few hours for maintenance or whatever, when the site comes back up, players will re-populate those familiar favorite stakes. Put a twist on the reasons non-human animals herd and you will see reasons poker players would herd into the largest pools. Safety in numbers, camouflage and more time to actually eat grass (or play poker instead of wait at a non-running pool).

John Nash received a Nobel prize in game theory. And now in poker we have the Nash Equilibrium. If you figure out and write a great paper on this every other stake herding phenomenon, maybe there is a Nobel prize in your future. We will call it the BenR Equilibrium.

Yea, I'm having the same issue for my MTTs sessions. It looks like there are there during play but then disappear after I close my table or client never to return again. I'm going to try reinstalling and see if it helps at all.

Actually, they were added.

The first hand had a main pot of 4.12 + 4.12 + 4.12 + ante = 13.35. You were owed 4.11 from BB folding the side pot after the raise. You lost 4.12 to the SB but that was replaced by the 4.11 you won from BB. Thus, you broke even on the hand which is in your stack on hand 2.

Haha prior post deleted and left me hanging. I guess I should have quoted. Oh well, glad there wasn't a chip issue.

Plus 10NL to 50NL is quite the difference in difficulty.

I assume you're not running Pokertracker or any other hand=capturing software? Hand histories definitely work. I run Pokertracker and it copies the hand histories to another location after importing them into its database. Are you running Windows?

It's strange because 25nlz on BOL, although present, is never running. Everything jumps to 50 there, as well.

I am having the same issue. I do not see my hand histories in the client and it is not being imported by Pokertracker 4. I emailed them and they said to look in the Game Info tab, but there are no hand histories in menus in Game Info. They are all empty.

I noticed this earlier, too when I was trying to upload hh's to GTOWizard. In the end, I just figured out which format to copy/paste and never did find these missing hand histories. Folder is empty and I've looked everywhere else.

Anyone have issues with the staking? I was selling 20% [$6.60], my friend wanted the whole thing but it gave him 4% and apparently took the $6.60 anyway?

EDIT: Okay it might just be a lag issue, his piece seems to be going up by 1% every minute?

I remember something about them giving everyone an opportunity to buy a piece of a player, so they won't let you buy 100% immediately. My guess is if someone else purchased it, they'd have given him the money back

The hand replayer isn’t working on Blackchip poker for me. I’ve tried on a windows PC and a Mac. Anyone else have this issue?
