Whenever I log in now, tournament lobbies from prior sessions are popping up. The tournaments where my money was withdrawn and I was never actually added to the tournament are also now appearing, five to six hours later.

I was somehow able to join a cash table and up hundreds of dollars, and then received this before being booted:



Now, I can't join anything without receiving the same error. It's interesting to note that since I lost my seat, other people have been able to join and the player count at that table has increased.

I'm telling you that this shitty rollout has exposed some sort glitch in the Matrix, specific to certain accounts and suggestive that something isn't right.

Blitz tables are doing the same.

Im super disappointed about the support service taking the time to answer.

I play since the so called golden years, PokerStars FullTilt just to named a few, if you write to them they will answer you in 30 minutes max 1 hour.
And we are talking about 18-17-16 years ago and so the tecnology of those days.
And about rooms what were paked with zillions of players 24/7/365!

Now, 2022, at wpn rooms the avg answer time to an email is 48/72 hs.
And most of the time the answer is vague and you have to rewrite again.

We are in 2022, how is possible a support so slow?
Amazon etc you say to call you back and they do in a ny minute.

Why they dont adapt their support to this day...

I dont say to phone back all the players who are need of support, but something fast then a super slow email system Im sure in 2022 is out there.

Being short staffed with support is one thing but having bad software in 2022 is totally ridiculous. With sites like ACR and Ignition seemingly going backwards in time is just mind blowing. There is no excuse for what customers have to go through on a monthly and sometimes weekly basis. They aren't even capable of doing simple updates. Why not just find a working platform and rarely make changes. Most of the time people don't even want the new things they implement anyway.

They refunded me everything automatically without reporting the problems and/or problem tables.

Their software still has many bugs for me. The main one that tilts me is one where the software occasionally sits me out after a hand; believe it often occurs when I win a hand from the blinds against an IP player and I think it started occurring when they rolled out that update to "show your cards", etc. I have both those options checked/turned off but it's my opinion that something is triggered related to that update. Maybe people that leave those options on don't get my issue.

I use a table management software that suggests to turn those options off and I never really liked those options much outside of GGpoker software.

Is this "fixed" now and safe to play or are there still issues today?

WPN pretending they try to detect bots is probably the biggest sham on the internet.

Its like 888 trying to pretend they have customer support.

So this ACR Rakeback vs Elite chart says that if I rake $18181, I will received 25.92% rakeback in the first year and then it will go up to 36.85% from the second year onwards given that I continuously maintain the General status.

So my question is if I rake $36363, then in the first year I am supposed to received 35.51% rakeback in the first year, then I am not sure how much am I supposed to received from the 2nd year onwards given that I maintain my General status and rake $36363 in the second year also?

yeah. I dont remember sites with all those updates. but here we are like 1 every week. and then after the update, usually Wednesday, the rest of the day is full of small inconveniences so they to do another update to fix the first one

About 15 hours ago I offered a stake to the Venom that's about to start at 1:1. Went to sleep and I see now that I've sold about 30% of what I offered. It's the first time I've ever used this feature. Is that respect from my peers, or disrespect? I'm a completely unknown guy but I have a nice sharkscope graph. Would I have sold out if I put the offer out there a few days or a week ago?

I did in fact look at your graph, as I was looking up most of the people offering stakes. Not exactly great, but hey, only like 200 games, bink this one and you'll get staked forever if you want.

I'm seeing multiple players with the fish emoji on Sharkscope sell basically all of their action they wanted to sell, but I'm thinking that must be them selling to their real-life friends instead of being smart investments by regs. Which is great, don't get me wrong, I'm all for it.

Over 5 years ago when the Venom was called the Beast (?), I once satellited into the event for free. I’m a cash game player, but for fun I decided to also load up the multiple Step freerolls they were running. I won a free entry, but unfortunately, I did not finish in the money in the Venom. The funny thing is afterwards when I looked at my Sharkscope, I noticed none of the Steps freeroll satellites were listed. I only had a few low limit omaha hi-lo sit and goes on my Sharkscope that I played for fun. But without showing the Steps freeroll satellites I won to get into the Venom, my Sharkscope was now a -$2,581 fall off a cliff upside down giraffe.
