Just got The Beast payout email, but the amount is lower than what I was supposed to get according to the leaderboard. Anyone experienced similar issue?

Mine was disappointing in the opposite direction! They emailed me saying I got a $500 beast payout! I was like whaat did I really play that much?

I posted about the sit out bug yesterday, send email to support, notified their twitter, and almost 24h later it's still happening. Half the people are just freerolling recs because apparently the bug only affects a small % of players some % of the time. Sigh.

Now all SNG's are "suspended by the host". I hope that barbie skin is really sick.

Anyone know the protocol when all tournaments get suspended by the host? Do we need to wait around to see if they restart (if so, for how long?) or is everything gonna be cancelled? Thnx

Usually they ICM payout and sometimes refund buyin on top. Still annoying.

Often they will resume at some point and let it play out on top. So if you are patient there's big EV available. But what's your time worth?

Oh site crashed.... I guess thats why I came here accusing them of stealing $270 from me.

I registered for the MDS and Halloween PKO at 530pm est, the money was removed, but I never entered the tourney.

Hopefully it gets straightened out after maintanence

Seems maintenance didnt fix it. Gonna have to wait 72 hrs on email support I guess.

I cant enter again because it thinks Im registered, even tho I never got put in the tourney at all.

This happened to me too in a few tournys today. I logged off then logged back in [twice]...it finally showed up.

I am still waiting for my bitcoin to update, so I can get my money into ACR.

I use Drivehud. Does the HUD not start working while looking at tables that are going?

Does the HUD only start working once you sit in at a table?

ACR is a little different than Betonline, so I am trying to figure out if I am having a problem with my Drivehud or if it's the site not allowing it to work until I sit in at a table.

Anyone getting login errors since the update? i have noticed that it sometimes goes to log in says incorrect password and restarts without my credentials which i usually have saved on this computer. So i have to type out the password manually and it lets me in.

anyone else notice this strange bug?

Thanks. I was wondering if that was the case. I am coming from Betonline. The tables still start out anonymous there while watching, but you can still track the players to see what there stats are for a small range of hands.

Now Timebank no more gets auto activated when there are connection problems. Got disconnected for a short time and when i reconnected my winning hand was dead and the green ring for auto activation was no more there.
