If you got in via satellite I wouldn't count on getting it. It's been a while and I don't have the conversation but their site rep here told me they don't pay racetrack on tournaments you satellite in to. I'm not sure about tourney$ though

How accurate are they with their rakeback/RPs for tournaments in general? I only recently started paying attention to it and it seems as though I'm not receiving enough, unless there is a long delay between when a tourney ends and when you're credited.

There is a slight delay for mtts. Usually the following day after the tourney ends is when mine is credited. I watch mine to make sure I get every single cent and haven’t had any trouble the last few months. There have been times in the past where it has been off and I’ve had to email them to get it manually credited. This was normally after crashes or large software updates

Anyone know when beast ends for week. The beast lobby has a clock like now it says 2 hours remaining but that would be 10pm EST. Does not seem to make sense to me.
I would think it would be 12am.

I just send it to a generic support. They responded but said your issue is being escalated and we will update you once we find a solution. Probably take between 3-5 days I’m guessing. You would think they would check these reoccurring problems knowing it’s been faulty in the past but that’s not their style lol. They would rather make more work for themselves and solve the issue after it’s broken and affected their customers

They’ve already manually credited my rakeback balance and said they are still investigating the matter to see how many players are affected. They understand that it completely missed more than a few mtts I played which I find very problematic

Every competitor offers this format because customers love them and they're an efficient and reliable source of rake.

In the past, ACR removed this format because the xrab bot ring dominated the lobbies, which is a valid concern. However this is remedied by capping limits to $100 and hiring a support team equipped with GTO hand history review tools.

Competition in American online poker is only heating up. ACR ought to stay ahead of the curve on this one.

is there no way to remove the "show hand" feature? I have 'show hand animation' box unchecked in settings..

Under Settings - Playing Tools - Gameplay - at the bottom there's two check boxes that say Never show my hand, I assume that turns the feature off for you but the other player can still show I think, haven't tried it.

Honestly, I suspect some kind of malfeasance at this point.

A little coincidental every disconnection happens at crucial spots (usually on the turn or river when I about to bet) and always when I am about to win a big pot.

They had them and they were filled with bots and cheaters that are basically bots. HU Hypers are never coming back to any legitimate poker site and never should. It's a dead format that's been solved since like 2015. GL breaking even at any meaningful stake without using software to cheat. (pre solved charts that can be recalled from another computer via voice)

Ive gotten $2.64 in rakeback for $100+ raked sunday/monday/tuesday. Their rakeback system is working great it seems.

Correction: $2.44. Total rake shows as $9 and ive played at least 15 $50 tournaments + a lot more.

EDIT 2: did a sharkscope check. $235 raked since thursday and about $14 in rakeback. So they essentially miss 75%+ of tournaments.

It's true they were filled with the xrab bot circle when ACR offered up to $1,000 HU Hypers. They've since been banned.

Then why do most sites (PokerStars, PartyPoker, 888, iPoker, etc.) offer them?

anyone else got their Rakeback being tracked incorrectly? 27% Flat on Blackchip if it matters.
I play SNGs+MTTs only so it's easily trackable via sharkscope. Since monday (new rakeback period) I paid ~$47 in tournament fees according to sharkscope. On my rakeback page it shows only $21.10 being paid. I didn't play at all yesterday just to give the balance time to refresh (which should have happened by now, my last game was over 36h ago). Support is stubborn and says it's all correct, now my last reply of our convo just got bounced back.

Am I missing something? Iirc the part that goes into SitnCrush doesn't get counted to rakeback (is this correct?), that would explain why Sharkscope and WPN are a little off, I don't understand a difference of over 50% though.

Whoever you talked to in support is full of sh**, they are well aware there is an issue because I have several emails to prove it. You need to keep track on your own. Sharkscope is never accurate on my end. I use poker analytics app on my phone to track all mtts played
